DeMito's Saloon — Restaurant in Villa Park

Lady of the Night with mutli colored hair, tattoos, and balloons on her chest verbally berated me at the pool table. She walked by and tried to make a wager of $5000 for someone that was not even playing the game. I obviously declined. When the person she thought I bet on lost the pool game. She stated I owed her $5000 and claimed I female dog for not paying her. When this led to a verbal argument, she gave me the middle finger and walked to the bar.

I later learned that she was employed at this bar and was on shift during my incident. I watched as she further consumed alcohol and whispered in the bouncers ear for the remainder of the evening. Overall she was very unprofessional and I cannot believe that an establishment would allow this behavior.

The bouncer was also drinking during his shift. I don’t know if this is allowed in Illinois

Besides her other staff was very friendly. However peeped at my phone and text messages as I was sitting at the table.

The Villa Park police department also arrived during my stay and caused huge commotion at the bar. The staff did nothing to escalate the situation as patrons were confused and appalled by the aftermath. Don’t know how often the police are here. But I can only assume the number is unprecedented for the area. The tax dollars paid to the police to service such an establishment must be unimaginable. Thankfully I do not pay these tax dollars.

In summary, with the current service and state of the bar. I would not recommend anyone go here. You may be berated by staff, see a police critical incident, or be accused owing someone $5000. 2/5 since the...

I've been to this bar twice with friends to watch the bands,we had a good time and enjoyed ourselves but I havunderstandable considering we had 3 different waitresses and have to say I'm not sure how these guys stay in bussiness.We got there early to get a table for the 6 of us,a nice young lady helped to seat us and took our order,(we hads 3 tabs,1 for each couple) the next time we looked up our waitress was bartending. A 2nd waitress took our order once or twice,(when we could catch her) and then we see her tending bar,then we got a third waitress that helped us until we left. I'm pretty sure they didn't put all of our food and drinks on our tab,which is understandable considering we had 3 different waitresses and I never saw anyone write down anything. Cozy little dive bar...but keep track...

If zero was a rating id do it. They were so rude and honestly made me so uncomfortable. I was playing slots at 135 am and they were screaming at me, mocking me, and insulting me to leave bc they were closed. And when I questioned their hours they told me it was 1:40 am whej their door and website both say 2 am and I had to get out. I am not a college kid, I am an adult and was literally treated so horribly that I will never step foot in there again. My family has done a family fundraiser there every single year prior and they have ruined their relationship with their behavior tonight. Whomever is running their night time crew should be ashamed.
