They don’t change the oil regularly. They are Really rude, and the cleaning is the worst. They smoke weed in the back and they will star talking crap about everybody that works there. Do not recommend applying it’s a really ghetto place not professional at all. I do not know why they don’t have a Cashier. They are always short on workers because nobody wants to work there. Read moreI don't even know what to say anymore. Not surprised by anything and it's come to the point where you actually expect the worst and are super surprised when it's not. Waited FOREVER for our food inside. We should have stayed in the drive through. Walked in, two people ahead of us already ordered. We waited 5-10 mins while I watch them take continous drive through orders. I finally asked if someone was working the register inside and who I took to be the manager looked up and apologized and said they are understaffed and don't have anyone to take our order. He then directed us to use a kiosk which I didnt know was there. Then as we were placing our order a woman walked over and started taking the order of someone who walked in after us. The staff was arguing and criticizing each other loudly, the entire time we were there, including the manager. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. Others waited even longer. One guy asked the cashier if something had tomatoes on it and she rudely stated I don't know. When he pressed again she yelled to someone in the back sounding irritated and said something like I don't make the food! The food was OK tasting but poorly...
Read moreOrdered a #8 plus one beefy Fritos burrito. Got my 3 tacos and the drink right. My beefy Fritos burrito was a crappy hard shell taco filled with a little meat and a ton of lettuce. Not sure how that even happens?? Was it a joke? Haha? Anyway, poor management should no longer be tolerated. If you're going to have a business up and running, I'm not sure why you want it to be bad. Just make things great, make them right, and be courteous to the customers. Doesn't really seem that difficult a concept. I just don't understand this kind of error at 10:30 on a Monday morning. No other cars in the drive thru, very few patrons inside. We can make the excuse that "it's a Taco Bell", but if we keep tolerating crappy service, they'll keep dishing it out. Unacceptable.
