Don't get me wrong, Panera is GREAT! I love the food and usually love it as a workspace; however, having visited several times I find this particular location to be run with almost criminal incompetence.
First off, they have a drive thru, which in theory is awesome. Unfortunately, whether I stop by during rush hour or at 3PM on a Tuesday, they are inconceivably slow. I have been the only person in line and still waited over 10 minutes to get my food. When there are several cars, it's just worse. Don't stop here unless you've got a lot of time to kill before getting to work. I understand they make their food fresh, and that's great, but when it takes so much longer at the window than I've come to expect at most locations inside, this seems to be a problem with management, either in staffing or training of staff.
Secondly, their wifi is woefully inadequate in today's world. I haven't seen pictures load a pixel at a time since my 28.8k modem, circa 1994! And yet, I couldn't even peruse Facebook because nothing would load. Same with the spreadsheet I was working on, and in fact ANY page I tried to load. I chose to write this review from home because I was sick of wasting my time.
Panera corporate should look into how this location is run, because they're making a bad name for all other great Paneras.

After placing an order last week for delivery I called the location, 30 minues after the delivery time, and the manager told me they didn 't know where my food was. They took a look and the driver NEVER took the food. So he went back to grab it and when it was FINALLY delivered. . . 1/2 my order was missing.
After the 2nd mishap in under an hour I called yet again to talk to the manager. Relieved they said they would have no issue refunding my money. At that point I was satisifed with the resolution that the manager stated that they had taken care of it . . . . or so I thought.
Here I am a week later with no refund. What to do next? I guess I will have to call back a THIRD time to talk to a manager to get it fixed only to be told there is nothing they can do. Since it's past 7 days they cannot refund it without me physically going into the store (did I mention I live about 45 minutes away from this store and it will cost me about as much in gas to drive there?!?!).
Needless to say I will NEVER order from this location again and I advise others to choose somewhere else too. They DONT CARE about customer service or doing the right thing. All of this over $20.....

Read moreA few months ago I ordered their delivery. My order was late so I didn't have time to eat it during my lunch. After calling they said their delivery driver was in an accident and they said they'd send a voucher for a free drink for the inconvenience. I never received this voucher, but brushed it off. I ordered from their location again two days ago and got a pick two. I intended the one half to be for my lunch and the second half for myself before I go to my second job later that day. I didn't have time to eat the half salad I ordered that day before my second job and just kept it in the fridge for later. Well when I went to eat it I noticed it wasn't the salad I had ordered, nothing close to it. I ordered an ancient grain salad but received a basic salad with wrong dressing. I called the store to bring this up to them but because the order was from a previous day they couldn't refund me at all. The only thing they offered me was another voucher for something for free. I asked the manager if I'd actually receive this voucher and he only told me it takes 10 business days for me to get it. I guess I'll wait two weeks to see if I'll actually receive this voucher or not. If not then maybe I'll have to talk with someone higher up. It's sad when good restaurants have...
