Dunkin' — Restaurant in Village of Somers

Where do I start? This is the closest Dunkin in this area and I’ve visited here so many times to keep giving them a try. Without fail, every order I’ve ever received has been messed up. No one there knows how to make drinks. It’s always the same color even though I order large cold brews with one creamer and it always ends up to be the lightest shade of coffee possible. My husband gets their tea and without fail every single time they fill the ENTIRE CUP with ice so there is little to no drink. Their food always ends up fine but they CONSTANTLY forget items in the bags. I had an in store pick up one time and nobody would service me until I had to get someone’s attention just for them to say they are just now starting it cause they couldn’t find it. The drink making is absolutely terrible and the workers are not nice at all. When I go through the drive through, I get serviced by the same guy who just hands me my food and doesn’t say a single word. Absolutely insane. I have gotten so many refunds from Dunkin’s customer service because of how many times they forget items. Save your money and go to Starbucks which is right next to them. Worst...

Store looks nice and clean. But food and service was lazy. They gave me the wrong drink. When I brought it back the young lady didn’t even apologize. And basically just added the topping to my drink. But I’m not even sure if it was completely right. It was the Vanilla Frosted Donut Iced Latte. Was given as a plain latte. Tasted like such. Then they gave me the wrong donut out of my half dozen that I got to share with everyone. The ONE donut I wanted. And it wasn’t in there. The whole atmosphere was a letdown. None of these girls looked like they wanted to be there. As someone who has been in the food industry for nearly two decades, I’ve always kept my good face on. Even during the busiest days. This Dunkin was amazing. First off, it was super clean—like, way cleaner and unbelievably clean than you’d expect for a fast food spot. The vibe was just really nice and everything felt fresh. I tried the avocado toast and it was honestly amazing—super flavorful, not soggy at all, and they didn’t skimp on the avocado. And don’t even get me started on the strawberry dragonfruit refresher. So refreshing and just the right amount of sweet when I asked for light ice they actually granted my ask unlike other places.

The staff were also seriously the best—everyone was super friendly and seemed like they actually wanted to be there, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best Dunkins I’ve been to. 10/10...
