Arby's — Restaurant in Vincennes

Ordered Chicken bacon Swiss asked if it was fresh, I was told yes, it was not, if it was fresh the Swiss cheese would have melted, and the sandwich would have been hot, I also ordered curly fries and jalapeño poppers, sides were luke warm at best, for a $20.15 meal I’m disappointed.

Where has the food service pride gone, much less the need for preparing food that is hot fresh and tasty!

This location has disappointed me twice in two days.

I prefer the Washington, IN location any day over this one!

People are nice, but I’m paying for the food, bad food served with a smile still = no value!!

$$$ these restaurants are charging way to much for food, portions are smaller and rarely prepared fresh!

Where’s the curly fries, these are bottom of the bag what’s left in the bin, don’t wanna make more fries and curly fries, not fresh not hot and not tasty!

Jalapeño poppers have been sitting for awhile in the warmer the cheese not melted, breading is not consistently covering the whole popper and they were not hot!

Step up your game, and you will make more money, keep serving less than acceptable quality food and is the customer’s will put you out of business by not buying and posting...

Not sure if this location is under new management or have new staff but, something has changed, and not for the better. The person who took our order did not seem like she was happy to be working. She did not pay attention to what was being said to her, which caused our order to be incorrect. My son's drink, root beer, was clear in color; our crinkle fries were curlie fries; and our sandwiches were poorly made and cold. Our drink and fries were replaced without question. However, had the person taking our order just listened and not talked over us when we were placing our order, I feel part of the issue would have never arose. As for the cold sandwiches, I'm not sure how to explain that since they are supposed to be made when we order them. Was definitely not a typical visit. I do hope this doesn't become a regular thing at this location or we will travel in the opposite direction to feed are...

Usually the food is really good. I love their sandwiches. I wish that the employees working at the drive thru window could be a little nicer. Especially after you’ve been waiting in line for 15mins. A few days ago I pulled up to the drive thru and as soon as I started ordering, a message said that they were closed and to come back during normal business hours. It was 820pm and the website said 10pm. The same hours were on the doors and drive thru window too. There was a few employees inside. This is not the first time this has happened.
