McDonald's — Restaurant in Vinton

Im not sure what it is with this place and not being able to put no salt on fries but it's actually ridiculous. I had the same issue back to back with them. With the same manager on duty. I'm not sure if she just doesn't care or if everyone in here is like this. Also, everytime I get nuggets, they aren't cooked all the way. They claim that they get stuck together a lot. It's nothing to shake your basket of nuggets while they are frying to ensure that they cook properly. I keep trying to give them a chance, but they ruin my lunch break everytime I come here. And let's not get started with the pickles. Don't ask for extra because they'll put the whole 5lb tub of pickles of one burger. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. AND THE TABLESSS!!!! They aren't every wiped down. I don't know what it is with this place. But I wouldn't call this the best McDonalds in the area. The one on Orange with the play place is definitely the better choice...

Every single time I come to this place and come through the drive thru , there is always an attitude filled child at the window that doesn’t even say a word. Just slings stuff out the window, then when you tell them your missing something or there is missing sauces, or drinks then it’s “oh you have to go to the back of the line and pay for whatever your missing because we don’t have form of payment here” . I don’t mind paying for anything we receive, but when I order it the first time I’d like to just go home and not have to worry that someone in my family will be without food or food they don’t like. But that’s never the case, so once again here I am sitting with my kids in the parking lot while my husband goes inside to retrieve everything we are missing. Use to never get cold food or bad service from this location. I just had to get a refund because the nuggets were so old. I returned them twice before I just gave up. I heard the manager say they been out for a hour the first time!! I was like wow, no wonder they so hard and dry. The remake was nothing but more old food. DAN and Mr Lewis would never approve of the food coming out of this location. 460 location makes fresh every time, with excellent customer service. It makes me mad and my daughter mad when I get mcdonald's and then it's so bad I have to make her wait after she has seen it to eat. My husband returned the food last week for same thing and that's 40 nuggets 80 after remake just lost to the trash! Food cost I know have to be high!! All around this place needs to keep a certain standard of service and personal appearance not the best wearing dog...
