Worst Arby’s experience I’ve ever had. This place is usually great, but not yesterday! I took my grandsons there for dinner. The girl at the counter was fine, and their kids meals were fine, as usual. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich meal. After I got the boys eating, I unwrap my sandwich and see it is basically a BLT-with mayo. I don’t even think they have a BLT on the menu, but that’s not what I ordered, regardless. I took it back up to get it corrected. No foul, it happens, it’s weekday dinner time, etc. A young man took it to the back, and brought it back to me , supposedly “fixed.” (Pretty certain you can’t take food back, then return it, but maybe I’m wrong…) I return to my seat, open it up, and discover they simply added a slice of cheese. I go back up, and again say, I still don’t have any turkey on my turkey sandwich.” I am met with looks of utter confusion. Did I mention the original girl at the counter (very nice and pleasant-I feel sorry for her to have to work there) is about the only employee that doesn’t reek of weed? As they are trying to crack the code of how to add turkey to a turkey sandwich, I ask, “is there an adult here, a manager, perhaps?” At this point, one young man finally looks up from his phone and triumphantly states: “I’m an adult, and I’m the manager.” I explain the situation to the lad, and finally get turkey on my turkey sandwich-without so much as a sorry for the inconvenience, what can I do for you, etc. Granted, first world problems, but the sloth, apathy, stench of weed, and the fact that I’m keeping an eye on a 2 and 4 year old made it that much more frustrating....

We STILL had to wait for the 20 pickup orders ahead of us to be filled before we got our food. It was a 20 minute wait we could have done without. We could not get employee attention by waving, tapping on the window, or honking. Finally, one came near the window to put someone else's order there and we were able to flag her down.The employee was condescending and did not refund our money, so we waited. If I could give 0 stars for service, I would. 0 stars. Do not recommend.
Edited to add: There are no more details to add. If Arby's management can't do anything with the information provided, more info won't help them. Train employees to fill orders in a timely manner. If I had ordered a drink only, would I have still had to wait for the roast beef to heat up? Train employees how to communicate with customers. "Sorry for the delay. We'll have your order out in a moment.". "You will be waiting while we prepare all the pickup orders before we get to yours. Do you still want to order?". "I understand that you need to go. Of a $77 order, we did not receive the 3 double beef and cheddar, 7 cups of cheddar sauce, 6 double roast beef with Arby's sauce, 4 orders of fresh fries, and the ice tea. The beef and cheddar had a little bit of cheese on the bun, not the layers that is promoted. Sorry we are out of cheese. Yes, we ran out of ice tea. And there was no Arby's sauce in the bag at all. We were charged for all of the items. We called 24 hours later. The person who said they were the manager, who would not give his name, per company policy, said the refund/complaint will only be handled online. So by the time we went to McDonald's to get an ice tea, then to Kroger to get cheese cups, and the time my wife went online and fabricated Arby's sauce, which was better than theirs, the food was cold, fries were stale, and we were out an additional $9.50 and time spent. Evidently they do not have management staff who is not capable of handling a complaint, the service skills of a 3 year old trying to take care of a problem, and the integrity of not be able to run a business.
