The food tasted just fine but the internal junk going on is going to cost them. We arrived at the drive thru to pickup a mobile order through the app. We got a $20 fill up box which includes nuggets. We got to the window and we're told they don't have nuggets. I asked what can they sub it for since we already paid for it. She said, "oh it's for you?!". Yes? She shuts the door, puts her hands on her head and tells everybody what she just realized: she lied about not having the food in order to not make it because she thought it was just a door dash or Uber order that they don't have to do. She tells us to pull forward and we wait for over ten minutes unaware of what their resolution will be. Finally they bring out....the nuggets. The employee that brought it (someone we didn't see before) was clueless to the "no nuggets" incident and so we went on our way. I've never understood people that go to work and think they can avoid doing their job....

I ordered 3 fish planks to go. When I got to my vehicle I noticed that they were chicken planks instead. When I went back in to have it replaced, the young lady behind the counter was very courteous but looked at the lady who had bagged the order. The second lady said "just replace it". As the second lady walked away she said under her breath, "I thought he said chicken". There was a large man behind the counter as well who chimed in with a very snide, "that's what I heard, but we'll make it right". I don't really know if the mistake was mine or theirs (no recipt either) but I have never once ordered chicken planks since I have been eating at any LJS. VERY uncalled for attitude, they could take tips from the cashier she was very courteous, and the only reason you got 2 stars. One last thing, the soap despenser in the men's bathroom doesn't work. How are your employees washing before they return to...

First I have to say the food we did receive was really good.

I went in with a coupon for $5 off an 8 piece family meal. I ordered the chicken with 2 mashed potatoes, one gravy, cole slaw, an individual mac and cheese, large fries and a cake.

While I was in store I realized they only gave me $2 off and I was only charged for a slice of pie. When I brought ut to their attention they just gave me the cake. No big deal not going to pick.

Then when I got home I found that the mashed potatoes I ordered was not in the bags. Also the individual mac and cheese was a large. I didn't even bother calling and complaining.

The main reason we order mashed potatoes is my daughters sensory issues. That is her main food. I had to cook. Not that its a problem but the whole point of eating out is not having to cook.

We will probably eat there again but will make sure to check the bags...
