Worst experience I HAVE EVER HAD AT APPLESBEES! This is probably the worst location I have been to by far. My brother and sister in law came in from out of town and wanted to go out to eat, we decided on applebees. We showed up and we were seated within a minute of walking in the door. I would say the restraunt was at about 65% capacity, lots of employees walking around chatting, carying food and dishes, or hanging out near the bar playing on their phones. Probably 12 empty tables. We sat there at the table for 30 min, not one single waiter stopped and asked us if we have been served, did we want drinks, anything. The two that were working the section couldnt be bothered to help us... We tried to wave them down. One was working and had a real nasty attitude, and the other one, Darius was too busy flirting with a table full of female customers exchanging phone numbers to be bothered or get any work done. So I called the store from the booth and asked to speak to the manager. Explained to her what was going on and she came out apologizing, then had Darius be our waiter.... ohhhh boy. It took another 15 min to get water, then 10 min after that The angry working waitress brought us our real drinks, damn near dropping them on the table with an attitude. 10 min after that Darius brought our never ending boneless wings out, which was the only good part about this experiance. We sat for about an hour chatting and eating, waiting for 15-20 min at a time for refills while our waiter stood flirting with the same table of girls. Hands down the worst experiance. After calling the manager from inside the store just to get service, that should have been enough for the manager to kick them all into gear to do their job. That wasn't the case. It just got worse A free appetizer does'nt just wipe away the problem.
Hire better staff with better work ethic who actually want to work. This is a bad look for this business and has put a bad taste in my mouth, and those of my family. I will be...

So my parents and I went to have some delicious food at Applebees, we ordered the Oriental Chicken Salad, Beer Cheese Pretzels, Sirloin Steak, Wanton appetizer and Wiskey Bacon Burger. Firstly the associate who came to service us Michael was polite and ensured that our drink order was taken in a timely manner. However he must have not relayed this to the female associate who came along to take our drink order.
After a while we placed our appetizer order, cheese pretzels and wanton dish. The beer cheese that came with this order taste more like alfredo sauce and we relayed this more than once, Michael went to have it checked and returned with another sauce which taste more like parmesan cheese. Again I said this certainly doesnt taste like the beer cheese I am accustomed to, and made no attempt to apologize or comp the food.
Shortly after this our main items came, I ordered the Wiskey Burger, I said slight pink but it was nearly raw in the middle, Also I said no raw onion, and sure enough it came with it. I aired this to Michael who went to retrieve a new one.. probably just removed the old and cooked it more. Also my father's salad was missing his dressing, and my mom's steak was very tough and dry.
We aired most of these issues to the manager who stopped by, she showed absolutely no interest (rude) and just brought us a replacement bowl of "beer cheese", no apologies no nothing. This will surely be the last time I come here! Train your management better and at least offer some type of apology, or perhaps comp some food. Also overheard some of the food items were out, this was not even during their dinner...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I were SOOO excited for the all you can eat boneless wings. We made a whole date day out of it. We come in, get sat and then our first waiter comes up. We tell him right away we want to boneless wings. He proceeds to ask us if we want to do separate one or together. We say together of course because the option was given to us. We get our first round of wings and they were absolutely amazing… however, the older lady who seems to be the manager (Claudia) is starting us down. I don’t mean a simple eye contact here and there. I mean really really staring at us nonstop. It made us beyond uncomfortable. She just has this angry scowl looking at us every time i looked up. After a good 10 minutes of this our original waiter came up and said “I’m sorry, i misunderstood our special going on. I can’t have you guys share it”. We said “okay! No problem!” because it really wasn’t a problem. We fully expected to be charged for two different orders in the first place. We only said one to share because the option was given to us. Which again, IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM WHATSOEVER to pay an extra $12 for another all you can eat wings. The problem was the way we were made to feel with the disgusted glare. I was so uncomfortable i could only eat 2 orders of wings. I just wanted to leave but we stayed because i wanted my boyfriend to be able to enjoy his meal. Unbelievable treatment from the “manager”.
