Kuddos to Alex…. Not many times do you go to a drive through and the person taking the order actually likes their job and is very personable taking your order. I ordered from this Burger King a week ago because my son really wanted it. I have stayed away from Burger King for a very long time. In this location are several other well known fast food places. So choosing where to grab fast food now with the ever rising cost of a meal i look for places that the staff is going to feel appreciated for my business. Most of the time you get someone taking your order who sounds like they are about to jump off a cliff and end it all. Not this Burger King!!!! They have Alex… Alex is the reason why I chose Burger King in that area. I actually drove up to Arby’s and the lady taking the order for the car in front of me sounded like she wanted to murder the next car in line so I said not today and remembered how pleasant Alex was last time I ordered. So with the hopes he would be working the drive thru again I went over to Burger King and got the customer service every freaking fast food joint is missing. I mean it’s not like you need a collage degree to work at these fast food restaurants it’s mostly automated, but even so it’s not rocket science!!! Read the order, and make it how the customer wants a 10 year old could do it. I ordered 5 sandwiches exactly the same as normal with the exception of extra pickles, extra onions, katchup, and mustard. Now I ask you how hard is that? What I got was 5 burger tiny bit of mayo, tiny wilted piece of lettuce, a pickle, a tiny piece of tomato. This is why most of these restaurants are going out of business. Read moreThere’s a reason minimum wage should not be raised and the level of customer service I experienced from Shavivor in the drive through is an example just that. After waiting in line for 15 minutes to get our cold food before we got to the drive through window we noticed from the advertising sign on the safety poles BK has brought back the rare fountain drink Surge and my wife decided she wanted to try it. Upon reaching the window we asked to change our drink order to Surge just like was advertised on the sign. Shavivor quickly brought our excitement to an abrupt end when we were informed that the drinks had already been made and there was a line so our drinks couldn’t be changed. After waiting in line for 15 minutes one would think I would know there was a line. I looked at her in complete bewilderment as she asked for my $21 for cold food for 2 people and medium drinks we didn’t even want. Cold food, long wait times and rude employees.
