My husband and I just left drive thru and the young lady with braids was very rude upon taking our order. We gave her our order and she was just rude, blowing, and smacking her lips..when my husband told her no onions on one and no tomatoes on the other impossible whopper. He asked if the order could be fresh off the grill and she said with attitude we always do, but with attitude. When we got to the window to pay she was asked if they could add extra pickles to both sandwiches she smacked her lips again…when she was bringing food to the car in front of us I said excuse me can we switch our drinks this taste like water (it was Fanta orange, they were out of lemonade)? She took the drinks and walked away, I said I didn’t tell you what kind of drink I want; she kept going! So u immediately went in to get a refund for mine but my husband still wanted his (idk why)…once I went in I told the same young lady I would like a refund for one of them she ignored me initially, I said it again and asked for a manager, that’s when she said I will be right with you. A young man came in from a side door (idk where he came from) he did not wash his hands and went straight to bagging food…so I told them I wanted a full refund. This restaurant has young ppl working but they don’t have a care in the world!!! They are nasty, nonchalant, and not sanitary!!! I don’t play about infection control, there’s no way I can let my husband eat when I saw that young man do that….and under no circumstances will I give an establishment any my money with that kind of service!!! Management should do better!! I’m sure the owner would not...
Read moreI normally like this location, but tonight I very disappointed, The manager on duty tonight was to busy talking too much and playing around smh and all over the place, We ordered 2 meals and she only gave us 1 and 2 drinks and 1 receipt and change, we had two different orders that he paid for....smh she started arguing w my husband saying she gave us 2 receipts and never gave his change back from second ordered or receipt, she told us to pull up to check drawer, she argued with him for 15 mins and still never gave him his food or change back, My husband tried to stay calm until she tried to make him out a liar..... I had to go in to deescalate the situation.... she was so unproffessional, and she made the mistake, and wouldnt take accountability, we ask for her name to report her and she refused, I ask the employees for her name they refused, after all that I said give our money back and she did, but it took all this to fix the issue...... We will never go to the store again, I reported this issue to burger king corporation, I hope y'all hire better workers that know how to...
Read moreThis is the worst Burger King I ordered a medium number 1 and it was rung up as a small so I kindly asked for it to be changed to a medium at the first window and I was told it was not possible to change(even though I didn’t pay yet) I asked if it could be erased and rung up again. I was told no again. I really just wanted a bigger drink and I have worked fast food before I couldn’t believe the lack of helpfulness. The girl could have gotten help or a manager but refused. She said “our system won’t let us change it” So I went to the second window asking if the meal could be upsized. Rudely I was told well I can fix it but u have to go back to the first window I can’t take your payment here. Again the service is terrible she could have taken my card and fixed the order and swiped the card. I said I really won’t fix my order unless I drive backwards to pay? So I said so much for Burger King have it your way and drove off. And people get annoyed that everyone loves Chick-fil-A or always picks that place constantly but they don’t get annoyed that you are choosing...
