Editing review after receiving such a nice reply from the restaurant. It appears that my experience was mainly caused by the app and not the restaurant itself. I would still recommend contacting customers directly just to make sure they understand the status of their orders, but I do appreciate the response and the kindness of the business in regard to this review.

I have ordered from this place 3 times and never had a good experience. The food is fine, but the delivery leaves a lot to be desired.

The first two times I ordered, delivery took over 90 minutes both times. I went months without ordering and then ordered again tonight, hoping that the other times were a fluke. I use the app Beyond Menu to order from local Chinese places. Anyway, after waiting another 1.5 hours for this order (I would have called sooner but got distracted with playing with my son), I called them to check on the situation. They told me they had canceled the order. 😯 The man said it was out of their delivery zone (even though they had delivered to me before), and so he immediately canceled it. Thing is, no one ever notified me. He told me Beyond Menu should have notified me.

After I hung up with him, I called Beyond Menu to make sure I wasn't going to be charged for this. I told them the situation and they explained that when he canceled the order through them, he said "customer has been notified". So I waited for 90 minutes for an order that wasn't coming and yet, no one could even give me a phone call to let me know.

Maybe if you're picking up, it's a better experience. But not worth it to me. We'll stick to Stir Fry Chinese...

So, the reviews seem mixed. Having ordered from them, I feel like they deserve an objective review. My biggest issue was that it took 50 minutes to get food delivered, restaurant was 4 min from my hotel, on a Tuesday night. It was irritating, but things happen. I did order 20min before delivery cutoff

First item, egg drop wonton soup. This item was EXCELLENT, some of the best I've had from a strip mall Chinese place. Cooked perfectly, wontons were nice, and three of them in a pint of soup. Broth was delicious, thick and rich. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Egg Roll, basic, garden variety. Needed a few more minutes to cook. Not bad, not great. ⭐⭐⭐

Shrimp Lo Mein, it was good, nice taste, not too dry, not too saucy. Noodles weren't soggy, and veggies had a little crunch to them, even tho l had to microwave them to reheat. Could have used a few more shrimp, but even the shrimp were cooked right, not tough and overcooked. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

So, to review, the food was satisfying , filling, and good. I would order from them again, if I were local. More of a lunch place for me. I'd think it's the sort of place that if you're a regular and pickup your own food, it's probably a much...

Very rude and unprofessional service. I placed an order for delivery and it was within the time that delivery was still available. Never received my order and when I called back they did absolutely NOTHING to resolve the problem and I was rudely hung up on. Tried to call twice tonight to place an order and both times I was rudely hung up on by the woman answering the phone. I then walked in to place my order and conveniently what I wanted they were out of. Truth of the matter is is that they simply did not want to make my order. Total BS. UPDATE: started to walk over to get something to eat and the place was closed when their hours say 9:30. VERY unprofessional establishment.
