Let me start off by saying that this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. From the time we were sat til the time I left after having to defuse an already aggressive interaction with the server it was horrible. The waitress whose name is Nigeria was unprofessional from taking orders to not ever coming back to the table to check on us at all. We had a party of 16 ppl out of the 16 only 13 ppl ordered. The waitress took extremely long to take the orders. Asking me over 5 times what I wanted. After the 4th time explaining I wanted wings, pot stickers and a kids pepperoni pizza I starting talking very slowly because clearly she wasn’t getting it. She told me to calm down. I should’ve know then it was going to be issues. We waited for 45 minutes to get our drinks. We sat there no water, no sprite Nothing…. Our food came out cold and out of order. The manager whose name is Jeremiah (great guy) came to the table after our food was messed up. He did his job no complaints about him. He went and got drinks, returned cold rubbery food and comped unsatisfactory food. He tried to help bestie could but his waitress made his job hard. Nigeria was rude, disrespectful and confrontational. She overly aggressive and very dismissive. She used unprofessional language and refused to leave the table as the interaction was becoming heated. She was antagonistic towards us and began to used racially charged rhetoric towards us. She stated that she has worked with black ppl before so she knows what’s going on. Which was an highly inappropriate statement. What was going on besides we wanted to eat and have a good time like everyone else despite our skin color. When I say appalled is an understatement I mean just that. She even became irate and looked as if she was going to throw her hand held gadget. She asked 3 times to get her manager and she refused saying we can talk to her we don’t need him. Which had she just got him initially none of the back and forth would have happened. She was upset because she was being reprimanded because her service was subpar and she lost a lot of money because she didn’t do her job. Her communication was awful, her attentiveness was terrible, her accountability was nonexistent. She so nonchalant and had the audacity to say we should have common courtesy for her and respect that she was busy and not her only table. We sat waited for over an hour for food and drinks. Even more time to have the food corrected all while she never came back to our table. By the time she was done running her mouth and going back and forth with our table we left paying nothing and the number to corporate. You don’t have the right to mistreat ppl because you are busy or overwhelmed. You communicate that and let the customer chose if they want to stay in your section or not. Bad job Nigeria!!!! You need better training or better yet a different job. You lack too much to...

Dave & Buster's took me on a delightful trip down memory lane, reminding me of the carefree days of my youth. From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in an atmosphere teeming with nostalgia, complete with a blend of classic arcade games made modern and also new games. .

Upon entering Dave & Buster's, the sights and sounds transported me back to my childhood. The vibrant lights and lively sounds of arcade games created an electrifying ambiance, reminiscent of the arcades I used to visit with my friends. It was like stepping into a time capsule, with the added bonus of updated and innovative games that cater to today's gaming enthusiasts, food and drinks.

The variety of games available was impressive. From timeless classics like Pac-Man and Space Invaders to cutting-edge virtual reality experiences like Star Wars, Dave & Buster's truly has something for everyone. I was thrilled to see some of my favorite childhood games still being enjoyed by new generations, while also being introduced to new and captivating attractions.

The ticket redemption digital system sparked a wave of nostalgia as well. The anticipation of collecting tickets, followed by the exciting process of choosing prizes, brought back memories of counting my hard-earned tickets and eagerly selecting my coveted reward. It was heartwarming to witness the same excitement and joy on the faces of children and adults alike.

Dave & Buster's also went above and beyond when it came to food and drinks. The menu offered a wide array of appetizing options, ranging from mouthwatering burgers and wings to refreshing beverages.

The staff at Dave & Buster's played a significant role in enhancing my visit. They were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any questions or concerns. Their genuine enthusiasm for the games and their dedication to creating a memorable experience for guests truly stood out.

Overall, Dave & Buster's succeeded in capturing the essence of nostalgia. It managed to bridge the gap between old and new, providing a delightful blend of classic arcade games and modern attractions. This review is solely based to address the food service experienced. As an arcade, this place is top notch

Dave and Busters is an occasional visit for me, but tonight started out really rough. I had reserved a table for the night’s all you can eat wings special, and was told upon arrival that it was “seat yourself” and a waitress would come to take orders. My group of 4 did not get a waitress until an hour of waiting, where we were then told that there was not waiter assigned to that section,l and had to change seats, even though there was a table next to us being served (albeit very slowly). For their Thursday night football promo to watch the game, they didn’t even have the game on until we asked by the end of the first quarter. Once we got a waitress, we were served fairly quickly. The DJ playing was very friendly, although very loud (Dave and Busters tends to be very loud as is). Nobody really said sorry to us regarding the wait, however, our friends beers were taken off of their check, so that made up for it some.

For an establishment to advertise themselves as the place to watch the prime time football games, this experience was lousy and very unorganized. I agree this could be a great place to catch the weeknight NFL games and their specials are great, but all of that means nothing without care for the audience these specials are advertised to. Personally, I find a DJ unnecessary while I’m trying to watch the game. I had also put in my online reservation that we were celebrating a birthday (mine) and to find that the reservation was not needed at all, even when placed out of caution, was disappointing considering the ignorance of the occasion. I did appreciate winning the $25 gift card from the DJ bingo (although won because I’m pretty sure the lack of attendees and attention to music allowed us to win).

The wings were okay. Sauce was good, but I prefer them a little crispier. Unfortunately, this review is not inspired by the food though. The food was a small factor in how this night played out. It’s D&B, I know the place is known for its games and fun environment, and not the food and bar. But overall disappointing...
