Inland Reef — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I was over from the UK on my own,first time in the USA, I visited this establishment after looking for somewhere to eat and have a drink, I pulled up in to car park and walked over towards the entrance and could see it was a lively place, I was a little nervous being solo. As I walked in I did get a few looks but went up to bar and the server Sarah was very friendly, polite and helpful which made me feel a bit more at ease, I ordered a tangerine ipa the severs recommendation and it was spot on, I ordered some food and sat myself at a table which was joined to other tables, I did get a few nods and a hi how ya doing, then more people came and sat down at this point I was the only one not in their group but within a minute they all said hi and welcomed me to their group, they invited me to play disco bingo with them and it made me feel so much more at ease. The group even invited me to join them for the upcoming karaoke evening, which I will probably go back for. I ordered a firecracker burger and fries which was 10/10, the price was very reasonable at $12 for the burger and fries and $5.50 for a pint of ipa. All in all I had a great night with great company...

I was at Inland Reef for a birthday celebration 9/14/24. The bartenders were horrible. I had a seat at the bar and it took me 20-25 minutes to get a glasses of water after I ordered the water. I then ordered a cocktail and that took another 20 minutes. Here is the worst part!! The birthday girl came to the bar with another young lady. She got the bartender’s attention and two of us ordered drinks at the same time. The bartender made the lady’s drink but not mine. The birthday girl had to tell her three more times (a total of 25 minutes) that she had not made my drink all the while serving customers around me. It was more than obvious those two ladies had something against me. Not sure what it was. I was not disrespectful nor belligerent. I chose to leave the establishment. I more than likely will not go there again. I would not recommend this...

This place is a complete rip off food was discussing and , I was given the wrong food after driving 15 mins away , called the person back who took my order and let her know , only response she advised is what she wants me to do , very nonchalant, like it wasn’t her mistake , Her name is Morgan , the oriental couple that had Captain Ks next door , where are they because the service , sucks and everything on the menu is not what they serve , I asked for 3 different things listed and none was available for purchase save your money and don’t invest in these people they are the worst they are horrible , the food is trash , they can’t cook ! It’s not worth it , 36.00 and thru everything away , so disappointing, smh I’d rather go to Taco Bell , I guess the foods only good when you get drunk , and smoke a bunch of...
