Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

They really deserve no stars for my experience, I ordered from this pizza hut on 1/06/19 at 6:38 PM online order the email I received said I would receive my order at 7:55 PM. When 8:00 PM hit I was like ok there a little late but wasn't too worried I was trying to be patient but when 10 more minutes passed I was getting upset so I tried calling the store and of course no answer until the third time I called and the woman who answered looked up my order and of course that's when my order was about to leave the store and all she offered me for the order being 20 minutes late was $4 credit back on my card which I never even received. When the pizza finally arrived it was cold and I didn't even eat but a bit and put in in the fridge. This was the WORST Service ever, when they realized my order was that late it should've been made over to ensure I received fresh hot food and I definitely should have not had to pay for it or at the very least received my credit I was told I would get. I had placed an order for pick up on 11/23/2019 around 6pm. I had ordered a large pizza with full toppings of pepperoni half bacon and half sausage. When checking my pizza i had received a meat lovers pizza with very little bacon and ham and sausage filling out my pizza. I returned to the pizza hut and asked the manager if I can speak to the employee who had made my pizza to ask them why they had made this mistake for me. The manager replied saying the oven has been malfunctioning and the workers were trying their best, she took my receipt from me and I would like to get it back to give this same review to pizza hut. She also said she would remake my pizza to the correct order, my only issue was she never kept her word. Really enjoyed this Pizza Hut until my last two orders, the first one they messed up and I did not have time to wait on a remake because I was on lunch at work. Not only did they mess up the pizza they didn't even make my bread sticks so I had no lunch. The next time I went I use the credit that they had refunded me from that previous order to get the exact same order. I do pick up order generally and when I got there after about an additional 15 minutes of waiting I was told my pizza would have to be remade. After about another 30 minutes of waiting they couldn't find my pizza and weren't sure if my bread sticks have been made once again. By the time I actually got my pizza the crust was incorrect and my bread sticks had no seasoning on them. I'll give that the people were helpful and communitive however two times in a row I wasn't able to eat because they kept messing...
