The Princess Anne Starbucks is one of the friendliest locations I have visited. The staff are always kind and accommodating, and they make customers feel welcome from the moment they walk in. Being recognized and called by name adds a personal touch that creates a real sense of community inside the store. It is also clear that the manager does an excellent job with hiring and leadership. Every team member is professional, approachable, and genuinely seems to enjoy their work. That positive energy comes through in the service, turning each visit into something more than just a stop for coffee. It feels like a familiar place that you look forward to returning to.

Wish there was a bigger seating area because all of the spots were taken up when my husband and I arrived. Besides that, my green tea frappuccino was made perfectly considering I request a small amount of the plastic syrup because it is simply too sweet. Also, I rarely visit the Starbucks because I normally prefer the ones with a drive-through. Overall my experience is great.

The baristas here were all so nice! Friendly and conversational, and when I decided to purchase a pastry, reminded me I could use my points on it :) The pumpkin spice frappuccino I got was delicious too. Def will try to stop here more often.

I am utterly disappointed in the service I have received at this location here recently. I have been going to this location for as long as I can remember- I’m definitely a regular. Sadly, since the addition of one of the staff members whose name I believe to be Bethany, the customer service has been extremely poor. My coffee is always perfectly made except on the days she is working. I cannot believe this to be a coincidence. When I ask for my beverage to be fixed on those days, it seems as though the other staff members are intimidated by Bethany and refuse to correct it. Even the store manager allowed this worker to yell and curse about customers in front of the store while other customers were entering. The days when “the customer is always right” are long gone, because this store allows the employees to quarrel with customers and flaunt...

So, this was the second time that I can remember for sure that I had received horrible service. The people there are either just pissed that they have to work, or too trendy for anyone that doesn't wear skinny jeans. A few weeks back I specifically asked for an esspresso shot with one ice cube. I said it like 4 times, ONE ice cube please. I just want it to be drinkable. I got my drink and it had like 5 ice cubes in it. It was iced coffee. Today, I walk in and it takes the super trendy guy thats playing with his hair and talking to his friends like 3 minutes to even acknowledge that I am there, then I ask for an esspresso shot and a passion tea with NO sweetener. Guess what my passion tea had in it? This place sucks and I will never be back. Don't even bother going in unless you are an avid PBR drinker that wears skinny jeans and listens to...

Got my free Starbucks drink for my Birthday yesterday and it was just gross. What I wanted was sold out (I do wonder what component seeing as it's 4 ingredients and 1 could be interchanged but I digress) anyway I got the Brown sugar oatmilk espresso or whatever and it definitely wasn't made right at all...it's really a hit or miss when it comes to these drinks and who makes them and if they have a passion and pride for making banging drinks. Had it perfect maybe once, this one was a complete joke, free or not. I know there wasn't heavy cream in the drink but it tasted like just oatmilk and heavy cream. No brown sugar or cinnamon taste.
