Tonight the manager Brandon wearing a red shirt (white male) on 10/7/2023 at about 10pm was extremely racist. He was taking my order for my hungry son and started talking to like I was piece of trash. His attitude was extremely nasty. I proceeded to the window to ask him why was he so hostile to me and explained to him that his customer service as the manager was poor. This is when he stated to me that he didn't need my business and to get off "HIS" property. He further threatened to call the police if I didn't leave his property and closed the window in my face. The other white lady that was working with him held my food to the window and refused to give it to me. My son was denied food to eat because of his EGO. The manager then came back to the window with his personal cellular phone and stated "do you need me to call the boys or are you going to get off my property". I then asked him for the contact information for the owner of the franchise and his response was "this is my location and they ain't going to do nothing". I then left peacefully. My son was crying as he was denied my order because of the prideful manager that abused his authority. I GUESS THAT AS A BLACK MAN I WAS WRONG FOR TELLING THE MANAGER THAT HE HAD NO RIGHT TO TALK TO ME LIKE TRASH. Is this the way McDonald's have evolved in terms of black families. Read moreArrived at about 10:25am this morning for some quick breakfast and order something particularly simple in my mind (sweet tea, chicken breakfast sandwich, and a hashbrown). Paid for my food and arrived at the food window only to be handed someone else's food. I corrected the mistake, was given the right drink and then told to wait at the "Drive Thru Spot 1", which is right by the front door.
Had no issue with this until about 7 people behind me got their food and drove away, and I was eventually the only one there. I parked in that drive thru space at about 10:35 and I eventually reversed back to the food window once about 10 minutes had passed because no one else was in line and still no one had come given me my food.
I finally got my food at 10:50am, although that was after I was asked about two or three different orders, despite the fact that I thought I had one of the simplest ones there. Almost was late to work because I had to be there at 11am and I thought getting some quick McDonald's breakfast wouldn't take over half an hour to do.
The only good thing I really have to say is that the people at the Drive Thru window were really polite. I feel bad writing a bad review, but it really is annoying to know my choice was either to lose my $7.00 I had already paid or be late to work. I knew I was going to...
Read moreDon’t eat at this location or any restaurants in this particular franchise. I visited this restaurant for breakfast on 11/12/20 via the drive thru. I had placed and paid for my order thru the mobile app. I just needed to pick up my food thru the drive-thru. As I’m awaiting my order, the car in front of me was given a bag. They held the bag for a few mins and I could see them even unwrap a sandwich. After a minute or two the cashier comes back to the window. This is when the car must have advised they have the wrong order. The cashier then trades bags and the car pulls off. At this time I pull up and I am immediately handed a bag. You could tell the bag has been rifled thru. I asked the cashier was this the bad that the previous car handed back. He said yes. I told him that the people went thru the bag and even unwrapped the sandwiches. He again said it was ok. I advised it’s not ok and it’s a health code violation. I’m not going to eat food during COVID or any other time that some stranger touched. The young man said it’s ok because they do that all the time. At this point I wasn’t going to argue so I drove off. I called the corporate number and left a message for a return call. I never received one. Seems this location is agreeable to breaking health...
