America's Best Wings - Manassas — Restaurant in Virginia

My experience: I went and walked to America's best wing not going to lie I thought it would be good like the one in Maryland I went there and the lady was very rude there were no mask on or gloves I got my food and it was not good I told myself I would never eat from them again then one day my stepdad went and got it for lunch and I did not know he came home with the food I got a five piece bbq chicken wings and a side of fries with a medium sprite there was a fly in my straw and there was 2 bugs inside of the sprite floating around so I dumped the sprite and proceeded to eat my food I ate one bbq wing and it was dry surprisingly because bbq usually moisturizes food the bbq sauce was tasteless and the wing was dry the fries were still partly frozen and crunchy on the wrong way I will no longer keep wasting money on this nasty quote on qoute America's best wing when their really the worlds worst wings the lady that works there or owns the place or just works there is very disrespectful and rude and flirts with the costumers you have to tell her your order 15 thousand times for her to get it right the people who work there don't wear mask not gloves good luck America's...

Their name must refer to South America and these are nowhere near the best in North America. Heck, they aren't even the best in Manassas.

First: The wings I had were cooked at too low of a temperature as the first bite in each one added at least a teaspoon of oil into my mouth. Properly fried wings don't absorb oil like this. They used relative fresh oil as there wasn't a burnt or off taste to it and it seems they use separate fryers for the seafood and chicken. This is good since I ended up drinking 1/8 cup of oil over the course of my meal.

Second: The chicken was low quality though I'm not sure how that happens since I don't think poultry is graded like beef. The whole wings were a bit fatty which I never experienced before. They were, however, sufficiently sized and had enough meat to satisfy.

Third: The service was mediocre. I wasn't greeted; I was only spoken to when my order was verified. I don't need a new best friend, but a simple "hello" would have gone a long way. The time to get my order was a little longer than expected, but still within reasonable limits.

I was served under cooked whole wings and informed the manager then he replaced them with fish and rice. By the end of my workday I was feeling sick to my stomach so I decided to go and let him know, I quietly approached him and told him what was going on. The manager became loud and rude. The manager refused to serve me anymore and told me I am not welcome back there and he cannot serve me anymore. It was the worst experience I ever had when quietly trying to approach a manager and tell them that my food was undercooked.
