Have ordered from Apollo's for many years, the food has always been amazing and the quality of the food still is. However the first change was the garlic bread that comes with your order. It used to be a 12" garlic roll and now it's a 6" garlic roll. Then of course their prices started to increase. Which I understand because prices have gone up everywhere on everything. (WAY TO GO BIDEN). Anyway I didn't really understand why they gave you less garlic bread and charged you more. But that wasn't a deal breaker, it was still worth eating there. However when I ordered from there like two weeks ago, I was really disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the quality of the food was still amazing. I order Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli and was shocked when I arrived home with my order. There were only 3 small pieces of broccoli, 5 small pieces of chicken and about half of the amount of pasta that is normally served with the meal. You have cut your garlic bread portions in half, raised your prices by a significant amount and now you are cutting back on the serving size. It's sad to say but you can go to Olive Garden and spend less money and get more food. Anyway just disappointed things have come to this. Hopefully things will be back to...

We have been going to this Apollo's for 10+ years. This order did not turn out as well as past orders. It has been a while since our last order, so this review is specific to our most recent order. We ordered for 3 kids (aged 3, 5, and 12) and my wife & I. We ordered several turkey subs (different variations of ingredients), jalapeno poppers, a Philly cheese-steak sub and mild wings. We ordered through the the website "eatstreet" because we had a $7 off discount code. Most of the order was right. I think the Philly had mayo on it (we asked for it with no mayo) and one of the turkey sandwiches at some Italian dressing (we asked that none of the sandwiches have Italian - the kids don't like it). The wings were rather surprising - they looked like a dry rub, but I think they were just dried out. They did not come with ranch or blue cheese (there was no option to make a request on the order site as there is for other restaurants), we probably could have asked for a side. The marinara that came with the jalapeno poppers was great, as was the Philly cheese-steak, despite the mayo. Even though we did not have a great experience with all of the elements of our order, we likely will...

we order A LOT and every single order has been delicious and accurate. Thank you for providing consistent, reliable, and satisfying service. Skip all the other local joints; this is the spot, you found it Update:

I don't know what the hell happened at this establishment, but the last two times I've ordered pizza my girlfriend and I have gotten severe food poisoning. The first time I wrote it off as a fluke. This is the only thing I've had to eat in over 12 hours. It's 6 in the morning as I'm writing this, and for the last hour I've been profusely vomiting out of both ends. ( sorry disgusting, but I'd rather gross you out and warn you then let any other human feel this awful) We will absolutely never be ordering again. I can't even begin to imagine what they had to do wrong to make me this sick. I really did used to love this place as you can see above, but there is 0% chance I'm rolling these dice again. Food can kill people if you do it wrong enough. I humbly suggest you pay more attention to temperatures, spoilage dates, and cross-contamination as not to poison anyone else in our community. It's not something to play with, and you should take it...

My husband and I had a fantastic dinner at Apollo’s Pizza last night! We hadn’t been there in a while, although we used to order pizza there. So we decided to try the Pasta Night Specials. Every Monday, you get two full-size pasta entrees, each with a salad and garlic bread, for just $25.99. We had the house vinaigrette with our salads, and it was so good. The garlic bread was smothered in just the right amount of butter and garlic, and it was toasted - crispy on the edges, soft inside, such a delight. I had the manicotti, and my husband had the lasagna. Both were delicious! The ingredients were fresh, the garlic was especially fresh, and the lasagna had a spicy kick (maybe from a little fennel?) that really gave it some personality. As for the people who work there, they are always very friendly and professional, and service is fast. I think it was the owner who served us last night, but I’m not sure. We really enjoyed our date night, and we are excited to return another time to try the eggplant parmesan and spaghetti with meatballs. I thought I had taken a photo of the manicotti, but I was so excited, I guess I didn't.😆

A small and unassuming place that provides good pizza in an intimate, quiet space while being located on a very commercial, very loud, suburban thoroughfare. The restaurant offers typical pizzeria fare at reasonable prices in a space that is clean & well lit with straightforward accommodations and amenities. The staff is polite, patient, friendly and attentive. My slice of cheese pizza had a good crust- a just-right firmness with a good chew- and tomato sauce (with a touch of sweetness (I would have like a wee bit more acidity, but that is a quibble)) properly proportioned shredded mozzarella (not overly applied.) My slice was individually heated in an impressive oven and served hot. I enjoyed the pizza very much. Recommended.

Ordered from here while in Richmond and this place came up favorite among other places. Short and sweet I ordered a large deluxe via Uber Eats and after the fees and a 18% tip I paid over $50 for a 16 inch pizza!!!! This shouldn't happen UNLESS you are in Chicago where the pizza is so deep with toppings it is worth it. Oh and I have a friend that drives for Uber Eats and she said that she gets the ' Delivery fee' as well as the tip. Yet you always here from any delivery service that the delivery/service fee is not for the driver. Decent pizza but for $50 next time I will go to Red Lobster.
