Robin has successfully managed to bring this store from a falling line to feats that even computers can’t process the growth he’s achieved by ensuring the restaurant is the best it possibly can be! And he’s done this in only 2 years!
Robin has developed more than managers, he has developed leaders who respect him because he will put in the work, especially when times get tough!
This entire team is a blessing to the Roanoke Valley as they ensure that food safety, guest satisfaction, speed, hospitality, cleanliness and authenticity are prioritized and maintained in this restaurant.

Read moreI'm normally not one to leave a bad review but it had to be done. This is the second time in less than a month I have visited this Arby's. The last time, it took over 30 minutes before they gave us our food, not to mention the ordering process took about 10 minutes. So after 40 minutes they gave us a coupon saying the next one is on us. Decided to give them the benefit if the doubt and come back tonight and that was a mistake. It took 10 minutes to order, thenperson I was with got their foidneight away, and I just waited 30 minutes for mine, and it was cold. I know things happen, I get it, I mean props for offering to give me back the same card that expires in a few days! No other form of compensation, nothing. The front staff have no sense of urgency and are completely apathetic to the fact that people are waiting for exorbitant amounts of time for fast food. I literally waited over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me to take my order and then it was only because I spoke up and asked if anyone was going to take my order. Then I was told they are waiting on mozzarella sticks. Great. I'm not ordering mozzarella sticks so maybe you can take my order. Take my order, don't give me cups. I have to ask.
