Edit: I am very glad to see other have had the same experience of waiting 15 for 20 mins with poor customer service, even from MONTHS ago and has been an on going issues, all the owner is seeming to do is reply the same thing, and nothing else is being done about it. Not training staff to have the basics of customer service understanding or etiquette.
I have never written a review before, but this experience was just unacceptable and not the first time I've had slow service with the drive thru at this location.
Service for drive thru is terrible. Waited in line for over 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me and end up leaving without ordering.
The first car, waited at the speaker to order took about 10 minutes for someone to ask the guy what he wanted to order.
After then the next car in front of me pulled up to the speaker, she was there for 10 minutes without anyone even saying a word on the drive thru speaker, so I decided to leave. (I had my window down so could hear everything) unsure how long she was still waiting after I left.
I actually did time this because I was on my lunch break with a 30 minutes timer set, by the time I decided to leave my timer was at 19 minutes.
Poor customer service on their part. I understand they could be busy or understaffed, but how hard is it to at least acknowledge you have people at the speaker of the drive thru, saying "hello, I will be with you shortly we are a bit busy". Having people wait 10 minutes without saying a word is just unacceptable.

Why would sauces be empty and after telling a employee they would think to replace them quietly, but no it was out of a movie where a employee kept slamming large plastic sauce bags on the counter over and over again. Then we glanced and saw dead flies by the windows and decided we totally wasted 24 dollars by thinking we trusted Arby's to serve good food in a clean quiet professional environment. This locations should close or fire all employees that were on staff on June 8th 2024 as clearly they are way too comfortable and have decided to not do their jobs or serve customers fresh quality food. Read moreI work nearby and have been to this location several times since they've opened. Service was decent the first week or two it was open. It has since dropped off. I'm assuming this is due to the trainers/regional managers not being present at the location after its launch week. A majority of the workers do not natively speak English and this has caused issues with orders being misunderstood or increased ordering times due to the employee needing to find a supervisor to translate. Wait times for orders are normally in the 5-15 minute range. My lunch break is 30 minutes so "fast food" needs to be fast, which this is not. The food is standard Arby's fare. I don't think anything has been out of the ordinary except the curly fries. The fries are constantly overcooked and not worth getting. This is disappointing as the curly fries are one of the big draws of eating at Arby's. The store itself looks new (since it is) but half of the tables are normally covered in crumbs and need to be cleaned. The condiment/drink area is also normally dirty. Every time I've eaten lunch at this location there have been either condiments empty, no straws, or no cups for the condiments. Thankfully the condiment cups are located in a cabinet underneath so we've restocked the dispenser each time. Overall, the store gets a 3 only because I cannot do 2.5 stars.
