Arby's — Restaurant in Virginia

I went to the drive thru, pulled up to speaker and NO One ever acknowledged me...SMDH ..I kept saying hello?? Is anybody there?? No Response . So then I drove up to window sat there for awhile. I began to blow my horn, no answer ...just laughter from inside the store...then employees saying "They still there "followed by lots of laughter ...so AFTER the employees figure out that I'm not going anywhere...(3) employees came up to Drive thru window still laughing...(2) females & 1 guy...still laughing (mind you) so i ASK " I'm sorry but are you guys still open? The young boy says yes with smirk on his face...so I place my order, he tells me my total...I say thank you but do you all have a manager on duty,he says yes, so i told him may I speak WITH them please. .couple minutes pass by & manager comes out...I explain what happens he apologizes for his crew....gives me my sandwiches for free...but totally unacceptable ,and totally unprofessional...I'm posting THIS because this particular restaurant always display this behavior on night shift...I frequent this restaurant & Rt. 17 both, but enough is enough...I DOUBT if my family or myself Will patronage this restaurant in the future. To the manager on duty...Thanks for your apologies ...I feel sorry that they made you look so...

UPDATE: After leaving this review I was contacted by the district manager. He was sincerely concerned about the condition of the food I received 4/26/24. He extended an offer for complimentary meals if I was willing to try Arbys again. I accepted and I must say we were not disappointed!! I got the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, and my boyfriend got the roast beef sandwich, they were both excellent! The manager at Arbys was very helpful in making sure we received our meals. This visit and the food were 5 stars without a doubt!!! I appreciate the district manager reaching out, that says a lot about the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction!!! Thank you!!

My boyfriend picked up dinner for us Friday, April 26, 2024 after work at this particular Arby’s. He bought three chicken sandwiches. He ate one that evening, I didn’t. On Saturday, reheated one of the chicken sandwiches for lunch he cut it in half give me half and that is When I noticed the inside of the chicken was raw!!! Tried to call Arby’s but couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone. So I’m sharing the pictures in this review. This is not ok! These chicken breasts were not cooked properly and I can only imagine how many others got sandwiches there Friday with the same issue! ...

Just got Arby's picked up, everything was somehow messed up. I ordered 9 pc nuggets with fries, Barq's Root Beer and a mint choco shake. I only get 5 nuggets, two of which are double the size of a nugget but that's beside the point. They forgot my fries. My brother ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich, mac and cheese, fries, a Coke, and a mint choco shake. To our disappointment, the meat was cold in the beef and cheddar sandwich, they gave him Coke without ANY FLAVORING WHATSOEVER, so it tastes like you left soda out for a day and it turned out REALLY flat. The mac and cheese they gave him was okay, but didn't taste as good as it normally does. The shakes were fine, root beer was good, but that doesn't change anything. HOW DO YOU MESS UP LIKE THIS? In my over two years of working food, I have never ever served anything like this. Step up your game, your employees aren't doing what they're supposed to do. Either these employees are lazy or don't know what they're doing at all. In my entire life, I have never had any problems with Arby's until now. IF YOU'RE READING THIS, DO NOT GO TO THIS ARBY'S! GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE, OR A DIFFERENT ARBY'S IF YOU REALLY...
