Arby's — Restaurant in Virginia

It's been a while since I have been to this location. I think I remember why. I can never get the app to work with their location...not for deals anyway. If you want to just order regular price, it works fine. Maybe it is just me🤷🏼‍♂️ No one was really attentive with regard to customer service. The manager and half the staff were talking about their schedule while customers are at the counter waiting for food...even carried on a conversation while attempting to take my order. It took almost 20 minutes to get my sandwich and fries, and there was only one other person in the store and perhaps two people in the drive thru. I watched food get dropped from the fryer, acknowledgement of the food dropped...and no one picked it up...finally, the guy who was working the drive thru walked by the counter, that I had been standing at for 17 minutes, asked what I was waiting for....I replied, and he got me my food within 2 minutes. He was stellar. Had he been the initial person I interacted with, service would be 5 star. Food was ok. My sandwich was literally SMOTHERED with cheese sauce...like when I unwrapped it, it was everywhere. All over the top and bottom of the bun, it was impossible to eat with out having cheese all over my hands and face with each bite. Curly fries were at least warm still. Probably skip on over to Cook Out from now on when I am in the area....this was around 5:00pm on a Wednesday ,so maybe the lunch shift is better...or another...

I really enjoy Arby’s and I am extremely disappointed about my visit today. I ordered a chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks and fries. I paid for my meal and received ny order. After pulling off I noticed that I did not receive the mozzarella sticks. I decided to try the sandwich but soon noticed that it as not cooked all the way. So I decided to head back to the restaurant for a refund of the sandwich and get the mozzarella sticks that I had already paid for. I returned back to Arby’s and advised them of the issue. I was refunded for the sandwich and mozzarella sticks. The worker advised that I would get the mozzarella sticks but fresh ones were being made and the cashier asked me to pull up to the white line and they would bring them out to me. I waited for 15 minutes and no one came. I got tired of waiting and had to leave. Very disappointed in my experience I was hungry and was looking for a fulfilling meal that...

Update: Went back to them another shot and honestly, not worth it again. The staff were INCREDIBLY rude. Not sure what we did to them, but they just aren't nice. Food took long to get and just wasn't great. Love their Mac and cheese however, only redeeming quality of this place.

And if you're wondering, no, when I filed a compliant with the link they sent, nothing happened. So that tells you how much they actually care.

The food is not great and the employees that we TOUCHING your food were not wearing gloves. Not only did they do those things, they also forgot not only some of my food, but others also came in while it took them time to make the food they forgot me. NOT ONLY did they do those things, they also tried to give out food that a customer handed back. The customer came in while I was waiting for my food to be given to me and the employee tried to give it to the customer at the drive-thru....
