12:30 today, I ordered an Iced coffee that tasted like water. I get it everyday so I'm familiar with the taste and color. This was not far from see through. When I brought it up to a leader to see if someone could check it, she said she wasn't going to try it because she doesn't like coffee (curious if no one else in the store could have given it a try, or at least poured some out to see the clarity of the beverage), they did not even look into it. In fact, I was told that there was a lot of it in the dispenser, so they didn't want to have to change it out anytime soon. But in my mind if the product is not right, it shouldn't be sold, why am I being charged for this. And why are they fine with blatantly telling a customer that they are alright with leaving it like that? Eventually, they did agree to make a new batch after I asked again, although it's not my place, I just felt it was wrong. I left and didn't buy anything else, because it left a bad taste in my mouth, because if they are fine with letting quality slip in such a clear way and from a leader, one has to think where else are they lacking care in the food products. Right when we arrived, the two girls at the register looked almost dumbfounded at us and could not have been more detached.Ok, fine. No biggie.
Then, after we complete the order, we get the tracker and they tell us to put it on the table to wait while they bring it out to us. Check. Well, 15 minutes go by and still no sign of our order. I went inside to check to see what the deal was and it happened that our food was just sitting on the bar, cooling down to room temp. No attempt to call for or find us.
The food: an egg white, spinach and avocado sandwich, a souffle,and a steak and egg sandwich. The avocado was half brown, the souffle cold, and the steak was disgusting. This is being modest.
First world problems, I get it, but this is the only review I've ever written on a Panera Bread, and unfortunately, it was because they were horrendous. I'll never be back here and I can only hope this review dissuades any...

We ordered chicken bacon ranch sandwich but my husband had no modifications and I did- I wanted mayo instead of ranch. They made a mistake and put it on the wrong plate, but with the correct side items (we had different sides). We went to the cashier and told them about the mistake.
The cashier was lovely, it was the manager that had an attitude. We were nice and told them we didnāt want a refund we just wanted it remade. She said she would let her manager know, so we sat down and waited. The manager comes out with such an attitude!! We just wanted our sandwiches to be done right and she made it seem like it was our fault, but still left to go get the order remade.
Though after about 15 minutes we went back up the nice cashier and asked about the order and she said she would go check as the manager was supposed to be making it. Then here comes the manager again with an attitude and says āwe make 80 sandwiches a dayā I never belittled her work, we just wanted our sandwiches to be...
