Today is 14 June, Father’s Day weekend the time is 2:00 PM Saturday. So there’s no mistaking my comment. I ordered off the brunch menu. I ordered eggs, sausage, and home fries. The complete meal looked like crap to start, secondly, the eggs must’ve been cooked on a pile of grease. The sausage links were dry as the toothpicks at the front door. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich with an egg and some fries. My wife was very clear about the fact she DID NOT want the egg runny! I be darned if the egg was not runny. Had to send my wife’s meal back.
Our friend ordered a cheeseburger melt with sourdough bread. The bread was hard as a rock and the mail looked terrible to boot.
When the general manager (Alyssa Williams) finally came to our table at least 20+minutes after I asked for her. I asked her how she thought, my food looked?
She stated my eggs looked overcooked and never mentioned anything about the four pieces of dry burned sausage. I literally had nine small pieces of potato wedges, almost the same size as the sausage links that look like they came from the bottom of a potato fryer.
Mrs. Alyssa Williams NEVER apologized or showed any compassion about the fact that I didn’t even get my Father’s Day brunch meal. Zero compensation or even any mention of it! She didn’t even apologize to my wife about her plate or our friend who brought us to your restaurant!
I will never go back to bar Louie. I don’t even wanna walk past the restaurant or the storefront. Absolutely, poor customer service some of the worst I have ever experienced and yes, I did get up and leave.

Bottom Line Up Front: the service and drink specials keep us coming but there is a lot to improve.
We have been coming here for about two years and have had about half the menu. So we have a lot of experience with this place.
The waitresses and waiters are among the best we have ever seen. They remember our orders over multiple days, are highly attentive, but still know how to not be overbearing and allow us to enjoy our drinks without have to answer if we are okay every ten seconds.
The bartenders are consistently bad. We have never sat at the bar so their service may be different if their tip is on the line, but they consistently under-poor both wine and beer (though they are better with beer). It is to the point where the wife and I have wondered if they are being instructed to do so due to Covid.
The kitchen is wildly inconsistent. My wife normally orders the nachos and I swear we get a different amount of food and mix of toppings every time. One time the toppings were so sparse that we order a second plate of nachos which has toppings so piled on that the two of use could barely finish it. They have miss-cooked eggs during brunch (how hard is it to do over easy?) and then been great about it when we came the next time. We have had some great food here and some terrible food here all while ordering the same meals.
The happy hour specials are great and really the reason why we come here. The brunch mimosa pitcher are a bargain (also made inconsistently; had a pitcher of orange juice for our first round once). I have found that if we address the issue with the awesome wait staff the problem is fixed.

Read moreWorst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life. We had 20 ppl for a bday dinner. Our server Raymond was the best so no fault to him. However the kitchen staff was terrible. We tried to make it easy and just order a bunch of chips and dip for appetizers, however.. The kitchen told our waiter that they were out of chips and queso. We just ended up ordering wings. When it came time to order our food, again Raymond did an excellent job. After we ordered our entrees we see other waiters walking out with chips and queso and bone in wings. I’m not sure if the kitchen was trying to limit us on what we got because we had a big party but that was disgusting behavior from them. The kitchen was yet again the problem, claiming they had no bone in wings left. My whole table ordered burgers and boneless wings, with the exception of myself who got shrimp tacos. I ordered 2 kids meals when we sat down immediately and didn’t get that food until AFTER the apps came out even tho I ordered the kids food first. Eventually our burgers started to come out… 10 mins apart. Then the 2 guest who ordered boneless wings didn’t get them until an hour after we ordered. I didn’t get my tacos for a while either. We were next to the kitchen so we seen everything and my whole family was disappointed in the experience we had. Raymond waited our table by himself and still waited other tables also.
