Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Virginia

Hello, Check for your items before leaving the establishment! I visited this location recently and arrived to pickup my online orders from BR and DD. The drive-thru gave me 2 bags so I assumed all items were included, but discovered otherwise once I got home. I was missing my Pepsi. I reached out to them via enail. I got almost an immediate response from Corp saying they've forwarded my info to the specific franchise to handle and if there are any issues to reach back out to Corp. Well the franchise reached out to apologize only! They did not offer me a refund or to come back and get my missing Pepsi. So I responded saying thanks for the apology but what about my missing item or a refund for the Pepsi? Crickets after that, so I reached back out to Corp to ask the same question and also crickets! So I contacted my credit card company to report the issue and they refunded my $2. I know it's only $2 but it's the principal of it and what if this happens to allot of customers, that adds up! I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location today. I was serviced by a worker named Cindy (with thin eyebrows), who was extremely unprofessional. I had politely asked her to please redo a banana split that was made incorrectly — I completely understand that mistakes happen and had no issue asking nicely. However, instead of handling the situation courteously, she responded with unnecessary attitude and rudeness. There’s no excuse for treating customers that way, especially when the request was polite and reasonable. I hope management addresses this, as it really ruined what should have been a simple and pleasant visit. I have been a frequent customer at this specific location for nearly my entire life living in this area. (around 15 years!) I did not have the pleasure of hanging out with my nephew this weekend because I had to work. however, I was fortunate enough to stay up with him and play video games all night together. So that we did and when we got tired we decided to hit up this legendary 24 hour Baskin Robbins and Dunkin combo place I been hearing about . I was nervous about bothering whoever had the misfortune of being there all night and had to take our order. Boy was I wrong though. Doughnuts were still soft and tasty and cotton candy ice cream was delicious. Not only did we get great snacks but We also got service with a smile and went back the next day because my nephew said he was "so cool" 😎.
