My roommate worked in this location for 1 month . HE said during the month . The manager did not train him on cashier .. he had to figure it for himself he would ask questions and the manger would say she busy and then he ask another crew member and they would like it killed them to help . He kinda figure on his own because he pretty good learning by watching .. He told them he had disability the manager said she didn't care and what does this have to do with his job. He told the manger that the soda machine was leaking into the dining area and she said keep mopping it up and that's not her problem and he personally he has the coco cola company to fix it.. He fell at work on the ice station and they did not have one wet floor sign. He had missed three days of work He has high blood pressure it was so high this weekend that he had to go to the hospital . He had let the manager know that he had to go the doctor the next day which he had doctor appointment he had work..but he was dedicated missed was reschedule it on that Monday. He tried tell that on day before Thanksgiving and she bushed him off.. then on Sunday evening when he was feeling dizzy and he texted her let her know about taking a day off cause he really need to go his doctor appointment she responded you can't keep taking days off. This technically would be his 1st time because the week before he would have taken off if they have had not fell due to them not putting a wet sign .. he reply and said he would go. The next day on his way going to work he passed out and so he gotten back up and went to his doctor which is walk in and the doctor had the ambulance to to take him to the hospital because his blood was dangerously too high.. Her response was what happen ? I told you come to work to last night. And that then my roommate said that's enough he quit ...

Read moreLet me start off by stating, this was the worst experience that I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The employee on the drive-thru speaker kept misunderstanding my order and was not knowledgeable about how to correct or adjust it. And while I was patiently willing work with him, he seemed to get frustrated and then totaled out my incomplete order and refused to speak further with me. So I took this in stride and pulled up to the window. Once I got there, he wasn't present. Instead, I spoke with a lady who I assume was the manager. I stated to her that my order was totaled out before completion, and asked if it would be easier if I came inside complete the order. She then stated, "Yes, come inside." After parking, walking inside, and standing in line, I approached the cashier. He accurately took my order and was cordially calm. Once my order was received, I walked to the brewed tea kegs and found them to be empty. So I filled my cups with ice and walked back to the counter to wait for my carry-out order. As the same lady, who I met at the drive-thru window, approached the counter with my order, I asked if I could get some brewed tea. I then stated to her that the brewed tea kegs were empty. As I finished speaking, she looked at me with disapproval and her facial expressions seemed to reflect both irritation and disgust. She then coldly stated, "We have tea", and she then walked briskly past the empty brewed tea kegs and directly to the drink machine. Once there, she then preceded to make a spectacle out of me by loudly stating the obvious directions for navigating the drink machine in order to get the processed tea from it. It was as if she did this to embarrass me in front of the other customers and staff. Once her tirade was finished, I stated that I was asking about brewed tea. She finally coldly replied, "We don't have any." After this point, I just wanted to leave and couldn't care less about checking the accuracy of the order. Long story short, I got home and checked the order. And to anyone's guess, they...
Read moreI don’t eat fast food, but today, I had the taste of a big fish, something I had not eaten in years. When ordering the food through the drive-thru, I should have left then. While placing the order, it was a lot of “huh, what so do you want this or that?”. Once I went to the window to pay for my order and express customer service standards with constructive criticism, the poor experience got worse. One thing in getting my frozen drink was that the guy had his hand all over the lid, which was nasty. It’s disgusting that nobody at this food establishment wore gloves. I asked for the manager, and she was unconcerned as I expressed the issue. The manager only said five words to me, “Do you want a refund? “ I explained that I did not want my food. She used those five words again, and I provided the same response: I wanted my food. I was so frustrated I was handing the food back and a refund. She offered a refund but did not want the food back. The refund was not a solution to the problem. The service was horrible, and while I was speaking, the same guy slammed the drive-thru window and walked away. This time, he started speaking Spanish to the other employees. I expressed early on I did not want him to touch my food. I was certain he would have contaminated my order based on his behavior. I asked who the district or general manager was, and it seemed nobody knew; then I was told, Wayne. Whether it’s Wayne or someone else, I hope you see this review, and if cameras are inside, run them back to see the behavior displayed. Carlito, Carmelo is close to the guy who acted like he did not care about his job or the customers. The drive-thru order number is 41 and the cost was $...
