Honestly, I'm being generous with 2 stars at this point but, here we go-

So today I went to taco bell with the missus (I know, fancy amiright?); but with traffic and a few hiccups today, this evening ended up being a "grab something quick" sorta situation.

Now this taco bell is infamous for either getting food wrong, long waits, soda machine down, etc. Even with this knowledge, I gave benefit of the doubt because again, it was a grab and go situation... plus I was in the mood for nachos.

First thing- the only positive of the whole experience was the staff being friendly and polite.

Now to the negative: first off, the soda machine was out of ice tonight (no surprise really) and quite a few flavors were completely watered down. As we are waiting for food we hear about the kitchen being short on certain foods and yea....you can only imagine how great that is to hear.

Our food is made rather quickly and we are immediately en route home. Now onto the food...just, where do I begin?

My nachos ended up having this shredded cheese mixed with nacho chesse on top. It sorta reminded you of a thick glue like substance that only got harder as it cooled down...and this was on top of my crunchwrap feeling like it had been cooked on an old tortilla it was just so dry. Which sounds impossible considering the insides should have been moist, however all the moisture felt just sucked out.

My wife faired no better as her crunchwrap tortilla was dry enough that it started breaking apart and crumbling as she tried to eat it. She didn't even finish it...sort of pushed it away and went onto the next thing. She also grabbed the special nacho grande box and while she ate only half, it was only because she didn't care for the guac (too runny) nor the diced tomatoes (tasted weird).

This whole experience was a complete miss and I don't think you could pay me to go back to this particular venue ever again. Not only was the food just haphazardly and grossly put together....it's...it's just a no for me.

Granted I should understand that this is just a fast food place and know not to expect much but.....really? I expect less of Mcdonalds any night I have to go buutt after this night, the golden arches feel like a...

ETA: Not sure how this place is still open if the service today is any indication. Orders have been consistently wrong during the unnecessarily extended time we had to wait here. Delivery drivers were waiting for orders just to be started. After waiting for 40 minutes, we find out that the staff lost our order. How do they lose an order? When they finally made it, in around five minutes, they asked another customer to bring it to us instead of calling out our number. And half of it was wrong, so back it went.

Is it corporate policy to argue with customers that they "ordered wrong"? Yes, we heard that multiple times.

Competence does not seem to be a job requirement here. I and several customers before and after me had to repeat our orders multiple times before the cashier could repeat it correctly. And still most of the orders were wrong. Each time the cashier would run to the manager, who would read the order to the customer from the receipt, and the customer would repeat what they originally asked for. Some customers asked for extra ingredients only to find that ingredient was left off entirely. Others asked for certain ingredients to be left off of an item, and found that ingredient remained while another was removed.

The best thing that can be done for this location is to shut it down, fire and blacklist every employee, and start over with experienced management from another location and new, trained employees.

Not a place I would think of to go for "dinner and a show", but kind of hard to ignore when one employee is actively flirting with another (a manager?), and potential sexual harassment with another employee, while behind the front counter as customers are in the dining area. All while other employees were busy doing their jobs. If you're doing something and have to look around often to see if any customers noticed or are watching, you're wrong.

This location does not have...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I’ve gone to this location for a long time because of convenience, but they consistently mess up my order and the quality is beyond sub-par. Ordered numerous quesoritos with no cheese in them at all, most items have severely less food than normal especially any sauces that would be on the item resulting in VERY dry food, and have often received tortilla chips and cheese instead of cinnatwists in boxes that come with that.

Tonight they hit a new low, everything me and my girl ordered tonight was weird or messed up. Worst example I guess would be the shredded chicken mini quesadilla: it had no shredded cheese on it, instead was drowning in what I think must have been the nacho cheese sauce. It was very gross.

Plus they handed us medium drinks when both of our combos came with large. It was only when we told them that they informed us they were out of large drink cups (HOW?!?). If you can’t provide what the customer has ordered you should inform them and offer something as a compromise, I shouldn’t have to suggest you comp an extra drink, etc.

Please save yourself the trouble and drive ANYWHERE but here, you will be so beyond thankful. This location is super convenient for me but I will drive hours if it means not eating here ever again.

Would absolutely give negative stars...
