Had a great experience picking up an online order at this store - I was helped immediately and attentively and was in and out within minutes. The employees were even kind enough to proactively load a piece of furniture into my car for me. Some of the individual items were clearly taken and packed from the store shelves, and all were extremely well-packed and protected. I was really just impressed by how nice the employees were and how they went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience.
I've also browsed this particular store once or twice and it's pretty well-stocked. World Market in general can be hit or miss, but mostly hit. I don't generally love the accessories or clothing or a lot of the artwork - to me, a lot of their items in these categories feel cheap (because they are), while their other goods are also inexpensive but don't feel or look like it. I still have the extremely affordable and attractive loveseat, dining table, and coffee table I bought there nearly a decade ago and all have held up miraculously. A couple more recent (and slightly more upscale) furniture purchases have also exceeded expectations, and I swear by some of their dishware as functional, quality,...

Despite being sold as a two pack on their website for $4.99, when ordering filler paper if you select in store pick up you will only get 1 bag for $4.99. I believe this to be an error in their system, as your order confirmation will say 2 pack, but the order pick up confirmation will only say 1. I have reached out to customer service and they have told me that they are sold individually in the stores so there is nothing they will do even though during check out it said nothing about getting an individual because you pick up in the store.
I am very disappointed in World Markets customer service at this store and at the corporate level as well as their failure to fix a glitch in their system charging customers 2x the price if they pick up in store vs having something shipped. I would be wary of ordering anything on their website that comes in a # pack, ie 6 pack of glasses etc, as the store will ready this as 1 quantity of a 6 pack, I worry you would only...

Sure there are a few sections that make sense but for the most part you find the same things in several locations and while some aisles seem to have a theme, that theme is never spot on. Looking for anything in particular? You have to go treasure hunting for it... You won't be able to just go to where it would seem logical for it to be. And there are no speciality sections like Kosher or Country-Specific.
Top it off with the chaos of checking out (which can take 30+ minutes at times, and I really advise ONLY visiting this store in off hours and for stocking stuffers or more unusual food gifts. Did I mention their website does not accurately reflect what is on a particular...
