Retro‑Vibe Pizza Spot – A Perfect Pre‑ or Post‑Movie Hangout or a quick beer/bite spot.
If you’re looking for a relaxed spot to grab a bite before catching a film—or to unwind afterward—this place nails the formula. It blends a throw‑back soundtrack with a solid bar‑style menu, making it a reliable choice for both lunch and dinner.
Atmosphere & Music The moment you step inside, the playlist rolls out a steady stream of ’70s and ’80s hits—classic rock, synth‑pop, and a dash of disco. The sound isn’t overpowering; it serves as a pleasant backdrop that encourages conversation. The interior is simple and functional—no exposed brick, no wood‑fired ovens—just clean lines, comfortable seating, and a well‑lit bar that feels more like a neighborhood tavern than a themed restaurant.
Service Staff are friendly and efficient, (especially Cindy) greeting you with a smile and remembering repeat customers’ preferences. Drinks arrive quickly, and servers check in without hovering, striking a nice balance between attentiveness and giving you space to enjoy your meal.
Pizza The pizza is cut into bite‑size squares—a nod to classic bar pizza that makes sharing easy. The crust is thin‑to‑medium, the sauce tangy yet familiar, and the cheese melts evenly. It’s not a gourmet masterpiece, but it’s consistently tasty and satisfying—exactly what you want when you’re hungry before a movie or craving something comforting after a film.
Drink Selection The draft beer lineup is surprisingly diverse, offering something for every palate—from light lagers to richer ales. The bar also stocks a full range of spirits: bourbon, whiskey, vodka, and the usual basics. Whether you’re looking for a simple pint or a neat pour of your favorite spirit, the options are ample enough to keep both casual drinkers happy.
Overall Experience Ideal Timing: Great for a quick lunch bite before a matinee, work lunch break or a relaxed dinner after an evening showing.
Food Quality: Straightforward, bar‑style pizza that satisfies without pretension.
Drinks: Decent draft selection plus a well‑rounded spirit menu.
Ambiance: Nostalgic ’70s/’80s tunes create a laid‑back vibe without gimmicks. You won’t find artisanal wood‑fired pies or upscale culinary twists here, but the combination of reliable pizza, a solid drink menu, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a spot you’ll want to return to...

I got an 8" build your own Ledo pizza with three toppings. It came to me hot and fresh. The crust was perfect and the toppings generous, and it was just an overall tasty pizza. They nearly packaged the napkins, red peppers and parmesan cheese together for delivery.
This is the place I didn't know I needed, because I live alone and I don't want to order a giant pie for $30+ and have to be forced to eat it for days. Most places don't deliver by the slice, which limits my options. Ledo's doesn't seem to sell by the slice, but the 8" option is perfect for someone like me.
Happy to have found this place!

Nikhil R.Elite 2022 New York, NY 44574000 9/9/2022 11 photos Ledo's has arrived in NYC and I'm here for it. This Maryland/Virginia based franchise of pizza does thin, square slices of some of the cheesiest pizza you will get. Their crust is so flavorful, and the sweet marinara sauce sends it over the top.
This has only been open here since late August, but I'm already in love with it. I have eaten at other locations hundreds of times, and while this isn't anything like NY style pizza, it's so good.
The location is good also - it's right near the Times Square area. It's a little bit off the path in what could be considered more sketchy, but the restaurant is bright, vibrant, and surprisingly a huge space!
Prices are in line with other locations. Their stalls start at $11 and their larges are around $25.
It's so good, and I really hope those of you reading this who live in New York will give it a chance as it is consistently and delicious.
