If you're craving a sub that goes above and beyond, Capriotti's is the place to be! From the moment you walk in, you know you're in for something special. The variety on the menu is incredible, offering a range of options from their signature subs to unique creations that are impossible to resist.
The Turkey Bobbie, in particular, is a game-changer—a perfect blend of tender, in store shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayo, delivering that delicious, savory-sweet experience in every bite. It’s like Thanksgiving in a sub, and it never disappoints! The bread is soft but sturdy enough to hold up to the hearty fillings, and each sub is packed with generous portions of the freshest ingredients. (It’s seriously my favorite!) Pairing with their fries which are some of my favorite in our area, is worth EVERY penny!
What I love most about Capriotti's is their commitment to quality and flavor. Whether you're ordering a classic like the Capastrami or customizing your own creation, you’re guaranteed a satisfying, mouthwatering meal every time. And let's not forget their perfectly seasoned meats, which elevate each sub to the next level.
The staff is always friendly and accommodating, (especially the owner Kris) ensuring a great experience from start to finish. Whether you're grabbing lunch on the go or dining in, Capriotti’s consistently delivers top-notch subs that are nothing short of amazing. If you haven't tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out! Highly recommend it to...
Read moreMy wife and I were in town from Lynchburg, closing on a mortgage refinance. We asked our closing agent for a recommendation on where to grab a bite, and he very heartily recommended Capriotti's. Up until today, I had never heard of them, but now I am hooked. We were warmly greeted and welcomed from the time we set foot in the door, the owner explained the entire menu to us, and provided a few recommendations. My wife got the American wagyu chipotle cheesesteak, and I got the meatball sub. Both with those lovely flat fries, and a couple of cups of root beer (which was also nice and bitey). The flavors were amazing, the bread is fantastic, and I can't wait to try the brookie that I brought back to Lynchburg. But I need to wait and make room in my belly first.
EDIT - I had originally included pictures of what we ate, but google refused to show the review to anyone but me, and I read that "screenshots" are not allowed. These were not screenshots, but whatevs. Removed them and now other people can see the review. So y'all will just have to imagine the...
Read moreDon't order from Door Dash. It said order time was 25 minutes but delivery took an hour. This would have been fine except they brought the wrong order. Called the shop and they were like oh well take it up with door dash. So I did. After 30 minutes of back and forth chat they are going to have the correct order sent. So another 45 minutes to get the correct order which I am 100 percent sure it was the original order we placed. It had been sitting there for 2 hours. You know what a cheese steak does after 2 hours? GROSS A salad that surely wasn't put in refrigerated holding was warm and Gross. Welcome to the neighborhood. Good try but you failed!
And By the way. Cant order fries. They're not on the...
