Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Virginia

I do not know where to even start, but to say this is going to sound crazy . So after school my daughter per usual wanted chick fil a , she’s goes to the school up the street so we’re here literally 3 times a week to the point I told myself I need to get the app ( but I’m old not big on all these apps ) . So I got her a meal then got me a meal to take to work ( night shift ). When we get home I noticed the top on her drink was not on all the way and her drink had spilled out , so I opened the top to see how much was gone … in the cup was a long piece of hair , so I’m mad I go to sit the cup down to take a picture and i knocked the whole cup over . So when we get in the house I had a lemonade so I told myself well let me check this drink to make sure it’s not a hair in here too .. I open the lid and there’s a piece from a cup floating jn my lemonade. My first thought was , maybe it’s from when the other cup fell it could have broke off ( into a closed cup , I know .. I was giving benefit of the doubt ) so I grabbed the other cup … but nope nothing broken . An employee had a broken piece of a cup or something floating in my drink and decided to still close the lid and if you look closer there’s black stuff on the piece idk what that is . At that point I through the food away , cause if there’s things floating in BOTH drinks I can only imagine what’s going on with the food . I then had to go back out and get my daughter and myself food before work . They do not give receipts or anything but luckily I took this sticker thing off the drink carrier because I intended on downloading the app, not sure if it’s any information on there but it’s all I got . I’m giving one star because my food was cold spicy chicken sandwich and fries, which my fries looked cold and old. I asked for extra pickles which they have always (I’ve never visited this particular one) since I can recall put them in a small container with a lid on it. My bread was very wet and soggy. I asked for both of my drinks to be large with no ice..and two cups of ice. That wasn’t done the lady gave me two cups of water and one large lemonade no ice when I told her about the second drink she still added ice to it..it’s not a big deal I do this because I love the lemonade and I’m traveling so I didn’t want it to be watered down. The sauces I asked for not even half of them were given to me. It’s a simple read order off the screen and fulfill the order. I’m not sure why this wasn’t done correctly. The order was done on the app and everything is there plain as day even on the receipt so I’m confused!! I was not able to eat my fries and the sandwich was just ok because it was not hot and the food was greasy. I just expected more from Chick-fil-A because they “always” get it right!!! But not this time I was very disappointed that I wasted my money and I’m still hungry because I couldn’t eat...

Spicy chicken deluxe every single time. My son never deviates! But I got the strawberry milkshake this time. YUMMY. The line is always long bit they have the people out there taking orders. You know your food will always be fresh, no premade anything here. This location is so so so busy. It does take a long time to get through the line. The food is great and orders are rarely if ever wrong, but it just is such a commitment to get food here. They have made some changes to thier system and food is handed out much quicker now. Always A1 service and everything always correct! Update:stopped by tonight to grab a quick bite, but I was wrong. Almost 45 minute wait as there was one guy taking orders for two lines. Just as we got to the merge the lady in the other lane decided she didn't want to be considerate and allow the next in line to go(me) and cut me off. Also decided to show her intellect by blowing kisses to me in her mirror and flip me off, then once I ordered she wanted to scream and ask if I wanted to fight.
