For the first time ever I received terrible customer service. The young man standing outside handing food to the customer is lacking in appropriate customer service interaction ability. He didn't get my attention when I pulled up, he just started calling out my order, I was talking to my daughter didn't realize he had engaged in a conversation with me. He them said is that right, I didn't hear him so I said explained I didn't hear him so I repeated the order to him. His was grimacing and didn't respond to me if the order was correct. He simply turned his back to me blocking my view of the person at the window. He then took items to another car behind me. My order was ready so the gentleman at the window sat my order on they ledge, I said I have made him aggravated so I will get my own food no problem. The young man at the window looked back he was lingering at the car so we both leaned out together so I could get my food. As the hand off took place the young man walked back up and before I could thank the gentleman in the window the out door server once again put his back to me blocking my view of the employee in the window. So I just called out thank you and drove off. Customers want 2 things to be valued and to be heard. I did not get that feeling instead I was made to feel rejected, unwanted and embarrassed to be treated so rudely by a young man who is the age of my children. As nice as everyone else was I will think twice before I...
Read moreIt was for carry out, but we never received the food.. I ordered the food with 20 minutes until breakfast ended. My boyfriend drove 15 minutes over there. I listed down that he was there before he got there so they would make the food because if you order food for breakfast and you don’t get there before the breakfast time you don’t get your food which absolutely makes no sense since I ordered it before breakfast… after waiting 20 minutes in line and standing there waiting for the food they inform him that they have no biscuits.. after trying to give me an alternative way to eat my food which I did not order that did not want and did not want to eat it. We then decided to cancel my part of the food which ends up canceling all of the food so now my son who is six does not get to eat his breakfast.. and my boyfriend who wasted gas driving over there did not get to get his breakfast.. they ask us how we would like the refund he says cash. They put it back on a card… the only problem is what I did is. I took the last bit of money I had on cash app and I put it on a Chick-fil-A gift card because the Chick-fil-A gift card that he had only had 10 bucks on it and they needed more money than that… so by putting it back on the card, I now have no money to buy food anywhere else.. so now I have no food no money and no way to purchase food so thank you for allowing me to...
Read moreChic Fil A is the best fried chicken sandwich in the world. I thank God for them every time I pray (not even kidding). Customer service is exceptional. .... so with all Chic Fil A restaurants serving essentially the same thing, we have to determine differences to make a review. Here are a few things I have noticed:
Drive Thru set up- at this location it can be a bit hectic during meal times, because the incoming traffic has to cross the drive thru line. When cars are taking turns and people crossing the parking lot hold them up, the line can form outside of the parking lot. BUT do not fear, those chic fil a specialists will have you in and out in just a few minutes. Although the set up is not as easy as Fair Lakes, it is well compensated by the staff.
FRIES!!- Fries are different at different chic fil a locations, seemingly based on the amount of time they cook them for. Personally I like a nice yellow waffle fry, with a crispy outside and a greasy softer inside. Served hot. Some places mess this up and I would indeed score down for it because the fries are a great bonus of going there. At this location (which I admittedly eat at 6-7 times a week) has never messed up the fries.
seating- pretty decent. Not as big as some, but enough to keep everyone happy...
