This is the worst service I have ever seen in my entire life. The head manager who is an Asian woman and the store manager Rafi are the most disrespectful people I have ever met. They are the laziest and cheapest workers I have ever seen. They give you the smallest quantity of food, even the options where you pay about $1.50 extra for a dish, for example Shangai angus steak. They do this because it requires the employees to cook more and to take the time to make more food and loosing more quantities of food to serve more food to customers. I'm assuming the more food that they cook the more money they loose because it has a chance that no one will purchase it. They want to save more older food and not waste the inventory of food that they have. That is the whole point of A restaurant/fast food industry. Every other Panda Express that I have ever been to like fair oaks mall Panda Express or Tyson's mall Panda Express they always give great portions. And they have great customer service. This Manassas Panda Express located on Sudely have disrespected me and my mother numerous of times saying that " Every time you walk into this place no one ever wants to serve you so the door is right there" Yelling at my mother who is a frequent customer by the store manager Rafi. the Asian manager has yelled at me numerous of times because I asked her nicely to put a few pieces of meat on my plate because they gave 6 small pieces of meat Every time we walk into this place the Asian manager tells all of her employees to not serve us and that she will take over simply to insure that we are given no food wit of the employees to not serve us simply to insure that she will give as little portion as possible when we are paying around $7-12 dollars of food. This service is outrageous and is in desperate need to change friendly fair and well mannered hard working managers in order for this Panda Express location in sudley Manassas to succeed. According to all the other reviews, everyone having the same issues and is outraged by their customer service. The Panda Express franchise will not succeed with these managers in this Manassas location. I also took the time to call customer service and there was no answer on the day and time they stayed they were open and I still received no answer. The Panda Express franchise or whoever is in charge of this Manassas The Main problem that needs to be solved is to fired and get rid of the Asian woman manager that I forgot the name of and the store manager Rafi a middle eastern man. Read moreThis location keeps closing early and "throwing away my food.".... pretty sure someone eats it or they give it to friends. I get charged and often dont recive my order. Then I spend days trying to get my money back. It has happened a few times and that is a few times too many.
When I arrive they tell me I cancled my order. And they threw away my food. I then pull up the active order on my phone and they tell me "sorry well just refund it" like thats gonna fix the situation. I still have no food, no money back, and then im just hungry and pissed off.
I work near this locatin. They close at 10 i get off at 930. I ordered in advance for pick up at 930. Since that is the latest option they have. I get to the store at 9:59 park and walk up to the door its locked and they act like they cant see me, shoo me away, and when I do get someone to come open the door and actually talk to me.... The above happens.
Every time they tell me they are gonna cancle my order I end up having to call back over the next couple of days to work on getting my money back. Pretty sure ill have to do that again this time.

Honestly I have had to many negative experiences at this location to count. I dont know why I keep giving second, third, forth fifth, ect chances to this place Looks like ill have to order elsewhere from now on and if I ever get Panda again it will not be at this location. Honestly with fast food prices rising I dont understand how these places keep cuatomers when the service sucks and the food is mid. Its suppose to be convienient... but they cant get that right either.

Read moreI don't understand what is going on at this location. I've gone to other panda express' before and they r fully stocked or willing to make the dish that I want if it isn't available. I walked into this location at 9 and was told that what was available was all they had. Which wasn't much. No egg rolls or spring rolls. Burnt Rangoons. Not willing to make anything I wanted. Was told it's because they close soon. 30 FREAKIN MINUTES FROM CLOSING TIME!!! Then my brother in law asked to use the bathroom and they told him they close the bathrooms at 830. Why would u close a restroom an hour before u close the actual restaurant?!?! And as I was sitting outside eating the food I didn't really want. A lady bought something from inside and forgot napkins. Then when she tried to run back in they had locked the doors already. At freaking 920. Yall still have 10 mins left of being open. That is supposed to be your job. To serve food from a certain time until a certain time. I was a server and I understand wanting to be done and going home as soon as u close, but unfortunately you can't always do that at a restaurant bc of people coming in so close to closing. I just don't understand why they behave this way?!?! I really love panda and live so close to this location and it's super disappointing that this happens each time I come here late.
