Marshalls — Local services in Manassas

There a lot of great deals to be had, but I had to pass on so many due to the changing rooms still being closed. While many stores have opened their changing rooms months ago, Marshall's has not. Given the fact that I had to wait in line to get in, I don't want to have to come back to return what doesn't fit. The staff is very friendly, but I would stay away on the weekends and try to do shopping during the week. With COVID mandating that capacity has to be lowered, the line to check out is lengthy on the weekends as customers have to maintain distance. On Saturday and Sunday,, you might have to wait outside until capacity is lowered in order to get in. Hopefully when the new location opens, the store will have more walking room. They are limited on where they can display new items so they often end up in the aisle. There are name brand items at great prices, you just have to be willing to devote the time and effort to sorting...

I still enjoy brick and mortar stores, but man, my anxiety was through the roof walking in. It was so crowded in the store and barely room to walk. It's not even a holiday season. Each aisle was filled with people. Staff was not friendly at all. Messy and disorganized. Prices were typical. I will add I was happy to find a bag of matcha tea that I couldn't resist for the price and some lavender syrups. I went into Marshall’s the other day looking for some decorations and found a big nutcracker that was badly damaged but wanted to purchase him. I asked the cashier if they would give a discount for such a messed up piece and she proceeded to ask the manager if they could provide the discount. The manager came over, stopped at the register and laughed right in my face and proceeded to walk away.
