I am a local DoorDash driver, I have worked for DoorDash for almost 4 years now in 4 different states. I have delivered thousands of Chipotle orders for so many different locations this location included. This is by far the worst managed Chipotle ever. Yesterday I went to pick up an order. Upon arrival there was one customer at the register having her order bagged up which took several minutes. As that was going on about 5 minutes after my arrival (which was 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time on my DoorDash screen which is determined and set by the merchant, in this case, by Chipotle) a man walks in. He stands there for a minute then ask if I'm in line, I say no I'm waiting on a pickup order. He proceeds to the counter, a second man walks in,stands near me for a minute and also goes to the counter. At this point I've been standing here for 10 minutes waiting on ONE BURRITO, ONE BOWL, A BAG OF CHIPS AND A SIDE OF QUESO, all of which takes about a minute to make. Keep in mind that this DoorDash order was placed and paid for by the customer at least 10 minutes prior to my arrival because it took me about 5 minutes to drive to the location from previous delivery location, so at this point the order was placed 20 minutes ago. The first lady that was there is finished and has her hands full and I hold the door open for her as she leaves. One male employee looks at me and ask the name on my pickup order and i tell him the customer name. He then picks up and shuffles a few receipts on the line, talks with the employee next to him and then he proceeds to let BOTH guys place their orders and both got more than one bowl each and he makes both their orders and they both leave with their orders. Now 2 women and a child walk in, go to the line and start placing their orders, the second employee then ask if Im still waiting on my order and she starts making it but I don't receive it until after the 2 women and child have left with their orders as another customer walks in. All in all i was waiting over 20 MINUTES, I received the order 11 minutes after the scheduled pickup time and the Chipotle promised time on the kitchen receipt which gave me 3 minutes to drive 10 minutes away to the customer who got their food late. Also there were several orders on the pickup table that were DUPLICATE orders that had literally been sitting there since open at 10:45am and this happened between 3pm and 4pm. I know they were duplicates made because there were 3 orders for one guy on the table and one for someone else that i had already delivered. Francise owner, I will be reporting this to corporate because this was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to treat people who actually make your company lots of money like this costing us money. In the delivery world, every minute counts. Wasting 20 minutes on one order to make $5 just because your general manager and employees want to handle in house first when those customers didn't even set foot in the store until 10-15 minutes after this order had already been sitting there waiting to be made, when in that 20 minutes i could have ran 2 other orders and made twice as much. Rewind your security footage, you'll see im pretty accurate with my description of this incident. you'll want to review it before corporate wants to view it and they will because I'm reporting this incident to corporate exactly as i did in this review. I will further be DECLINING any and all pickups for this location in the future and would reccommend all delivery personnel to do the same and i would even tell customers go to the Forest Ave location, nicer staff, better managed, never had an issue there. Read moreI ordered delivery through the chipotle app today just before 2pm and my order didn't get to me until close to 3:30pm. The store didn't answer the phone for me or door dash and according to the chipotle app my order was supposed to be delivered at 2:13 and the driver was there immediately after I placed the order. I was about 4 minutes away from the restaurant and they usually deliver in less than 30 minutes. My food arrived cold/dry after sitting for an hour at the restaurant because the restaurant wouldn't answer the phone for the door dash customer service person when allegedly their driver had a malfunctioning app and neither the "live agent" through chipotle or door dash did anything to fix the situation. Won't be ordering from this location again. Also I tried reaching out to the driver to find out if everything was okay with how long things were taking and they hung up on me. That part I did complain to door dash about and the customer service rep just argued with me as if it was my fault their driver had an issue and they wouldn't transfer the order to another driver...
Read moreTried to order dinner last night and the staff rushed through, not taking time to listen or ask what I wanted. The worker on the line and slapped beans into the salad bowl and all the liquid from the beans soaked the lettuce. I tried to explain that I wanted a quesadilla with chicken but he assumed that it would be just cheese. Then he argued with me, saying that I said "just cheese." He actually argued with me!
When I returned home and called to report my experience to the manager I learned that the worker, Pedro, was in fact the manager. He continued to argue with me, insisting I told him a cheese quesadilla. He said he even asked another customer. I was stunned that the guy continued to argue with me rather than try to smooth over the conversation in an attempt to retain a customer.
I see from other reviews that this store clearly has problems. In opinion, the problem is from the management downward. I won't return to this store but will continue with other stores, which unfortunately are further...
