Edited 3/6/2019 : Changed it to 5 stars because this location is sooooo wonderful! Clean, soo friendly and not to mention you can get your sun kissed tan on while sipping on a Starbucks refresher, because their tall windows let sunshine in (: (of course you can adjust this if you’re not a fan or get too warm) Every employee is warm and welcoming at this location, it’s so nice to see!
Original review: The employees here are wonderful and have such great, bubbly personalities. I usually get iced drinks and they have all been made perfectly! I do always come in for my coffee and sit with some work in hand while I sip on it. With that being said... there are a huge amount of flies (like 5-10 flying around my last couple of visits here). Not fruit flies, but regular flies. It's very annoying having them land on you, your food, drinks etc. and really does put a damper on the experience... not to mention lower the look of cleanliness of the facility. I truly hope something can be done to fix this in the near future. I've heard other customers complaining about it so I thought I would definitely hit on this issue in my review.
Another small but important thing, there is no new mother parking. (Not needed but some find this important) 3-4 spots are right next to the building but those are usually filled at all times, so whenever my friends with little babies come to this location, they end of parking on the opposite side of the building and have to walked across the drive-through and around the building to enter. Obviously I don't mind the walk but keep this in mind for those with difficulty walking/little kids. There is handicapped parking too, right out front!
I hope this review helps! I'll update it when/if this fly issue is...
Read moreI went to pick up my mobile order this morning around 7:15-30am, right before work. I would normally go inside the location because the drive-through line is always so long I long. However, this morning there was only one other car in the drive-through so I thought in order to save some time I would just go ahead and go through the drive-through because I was also not feeling very well. I was excited to get my usual pick me up to start my day. That vibe was quickly killed by the employee who greeted me at the window. She greeted me with A stern look stating “ Who are you?”. I had informed her and said “hi I’m so sorry, I completely forgot to stop by the order window, but I am here to pick up my MOBILE order”. She rudely then said “well next time let us know before you pull up to the window”. I apologize to her because there was a genuine mistake and also thought maybe she was having a bad morning. She proceeded to grab me my drinks and handed them to me without even looking at me. I said thank you and she mumbled “yup” With no eye contact as if I was bothering her. I had realized that yes although I drove past the window before telling them what I was there for, It was something as simple as asking me what I was there for and then at the window. Same concept as it would be if I walked into store. But rather I was rudely greeted, and then was rudely handed my drinks. This is not acceptable! Starbucks is a place where a lot of people go before they even begin their mornings. This was not a good way to begin my morning! This is why I should’ve...
Read moreI had a very friendly person ring me out at the front, but I couldn’t help but overhear a manager (his name was Braxton I believe) bragging about firing a person in front of customers. An employee who has regularly been there everytime I’m there and works hard and seems to be well liked by every person who worked under him. In this economy I find it disturbing and disgusting of a person especially in management making that kind of statement in front of paying customers. Not only was he quite jovial about it as he seemingly took enjoyment in doing so, his comments were just entirely inappropriate as a member of management to be talking to regular employees about a former employees personal business. He seems like a hateful person and shouldn’t be in management as that role requires looking out for the good of the overall business rather than to take out personal vendettas on people who literally seem to do their job and do it well. As someone who’s worked management roles, it was...
