We went today by chance, having no idea that it had opened. It isn’t the official opening day yet, so we are lucky to have tried it ahead of time. There were festive red and white balloons in the doorway, and a worker greeted us. Inside, were greeted with smiles and shown where to start ordering our food. The interior has a modern, friendly feel and is bigger than it looks from the outside. You can order their classic pizzas and remove things if you’d like or you can choose to build your own. We chose to build our own. It was hard to decide on which sauces and toppings to get— best of all, you can get as many toppings as you’d like. At the end, we got 2 small pizzas, 2 sodas and a “no name cake” (a small, round dessert wrapped in aluminum foil) for less than $10 due to the 50% off deal. I waited while they called my name to the right of the checkout, where I learned that you can also choose get sauce on top when they finish making your pizza. A worker went around handing out vanilla soft serve looking samples in a cup, which were pretty good. The pizzas we had tasted nice— though they could use more cheese and the white sauce was hard to taste as well. No name cake tasted kind of like a Little Debbie pastry. If you want to build your own pizza or choose from classic ones, MOD pizza is a good new place to try it.

MOD Pizza is absolutely fantastic! I give it a solid 5 stars without hesitation. The moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The best part? The unlimited toppings! You get to craft your own unique pizza exactly how you want it, from the crust to the sauce and every topping in between. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help you with a smile. The speed at which they whip up your custom creation is impressive too, making it a perfect spot for a quick and delicious meal. But don't mistake the speed for compromising quality - the pizzas are consistently delicious, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. And if you're not in the mood for pizza (though who wouldn't be?), MOD Pizza offers equally mouthwatering salads and sides. Their variety caters to everyone, including those with dietary preferences. In addition to their delightful food, I must applaud MOD Pizza for their commitment to giving back to the community. Their "MODness" philosophy, focusing on making a positive impact, is truly admirable. So, if you're looking for a delightful pizza experience that combines customization, speed, and scrumptiousness, MOD Pizza is the place to be. Five stars all the way!

I love Mod pizza. The service was horrible today. It looked like the employees were getting in late, and none of the pizzas we're ready meaning at 11:20 am they were getting the dough compressed(Opens at 11am). Chick-fil-A bags on the table from employees are just really unprofessional. I understand that it's a pizza place, but this place is supposed to be super fast, and it was anything but today. The employees were rude, and I heard one talking to another employee that they got written up and was upset, but the customer shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes. Also, none of the tables were cleaned off. Mod will make it, but this location probably won't unless the staff is changed or re trained.

Beyond disappointing - twice I have ordered online and showed up at the time the app says it will be ready, only for them to not have even started. But I have really never been treated outright rudely before at a restaurant until today. When I asked about how much longer, the guy only stated “we can refund you.” I asked how long again, asking 5 minutes? 10? 15? I said I have a few minutes and I promised my kids! He pointed to another associate and said “she’s making it now”. I clarified, ok, but once she is making it, how long until it is done? I have to pick them up. He said 5-10 mins. So I said ok I will wait. Once that pizza gets in the oven, I notice it is not on a tray and gluten free should be on a tray. So I said “excuse me, is that my pizza?” He said no. So she wasn’t making my pizza at all. It would have been faster to just get in line and order when I got there rather than put in the order 15 mins ahead. People who arrived after me were getting their pizzas made. I could understand if they were busy, but there were 4 patrons and 3 employees (who were for some reason all wearing noise cancelling headphones and doing prep work). When I arrived, there were no pizzas in the oven at all. I said ok I need the refund then. No apology, no explanation on how I would be refunded, and I had to ask for a receipt. He let out a big “ughhh” and then proceeded to pull 20-30 bunched up receipts out of the machine and then throw them away before reprinting mine and handing it to me without a word. I am shocked I really have never had an experience like this before. My kids will be disappointed I couldn’t get them a promised pizza even though I ordered beforehand, showed up on time, reminded them, and waited an additional 10 minutes. When I left almost an hour after I had processed my online order, they still had not...

They're essentially the Subway of pizza places. The staff are really nice and all, the inside looks good, and the variety of toppings is good, but honestly, for what you pay, I'd go somewhere else. The pizzas are only up to 11 inches in diameter, which is not very big, and for $14, it's not great. They're rather stingy on the cheese. Ordering through the website, you can't even put extra cheese on, it's not an option, you have to put it in the special instructions box, and who knows how that will be interpreted or whether it'll actually be done, as so many pizza places will try and get away with not doing it. I had to keep asking for more cheese about 6 or 7 times at the actual station in the store in order to get what I would personally consider "extra cheese", and even then, there were still little patches where they wasn't enough at the edges. They also overcooked mine. A little leoparding is fine, but the underside may as well have been in the fire, because it was very burnt and the bitter taste soured what looked like it might have at least been alright. They make them very fast, which is a plus for people dining in, I suppose, but as a takeaway experience and at the price you pay, I would honestly rather get it from...
