Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Virginia

First time trying this place and placed an order for delivery since I don't live near it. Ordered 4 Love It sizes and 1 like it size scent $70. The Pumpkin Pie is amazing!

All of them were good but I got one that was create my own with chocolate malt, caramel, Graham crackers and fudge and I didn't get this! I got kit kat which I don't like and didn't eat them. I hate to waste money but I couldn't because of my teeth. Hence why I ordered mine specifically which cost me more than what I actually got. Then my autistic son got cake batter batter but got cookies and cream with some kind of ice cream and frosting! Again to pay this kind of money and considering the small sizes and their biggest size is normal size, and we don't live near it we expect to get exactly what we paid for.

I will just go to sweet frogs and DQ instead of trying here again unless they offer to replace our order. I gave 3 stars for the Pumpkin pie it was amazing and considering other stuff...

Horrible customer service skills even when they are treated nicely. Not sure why this newer generation (I’m only 33 and I hate this generation) likes to whisper when talking and roll their eyes and sigh when working with customers. Only explanation is that they are lazy and entitled. Ice cream was good but won’t be coming back. Perhaps this establishment needs to hire some experienced workers to train these children how to communicate. It’s not you vs the customer. If you have that mentality I suggest you work manual labor as you won’t have to deal with customers as often, although you’d probably run back crying...

Took my son out for a treat this evening. We decided to try the Cold Stone. It was our first visit to this new location. We've been to Hull street and we were glad that someone had opened this location. They were very well staffed. I believe a couple of folks may have been training. They were all very nice. My son got chocolate with two mix in. He really enjoyed it. Being new everything was very clean. I'm looking forward to taking the rest of my family. The only complaint someone may have is that how inconsistent the sizes were. But that may be due to training. But everything was delicious and all servers...
