Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Virginia

We have bought 2 mini blizzard cakes this month from this dairy queen for 2 separate occasions. The first we special ordered to get a chocolate bottom layer (like the regular cakes). The chocolate ice cream was not just on the bottom but angled up from the bottom center to also cover the sides of the cake. The fudge crunch layer wasn't evenly spread out but mostly piled in the middle (pretty much touching the bottom cardboard in the middle). And the "blizzard" top layer was about an 1/8th of an inch thick with regular vanilla soft serve forming the rest. I didn't even take a picture.

Then, we decided to give them another chance, thinking maybe it was the special order that was the difficulty. I called last night to order a Reeses mini blizzard cake for pickup today. Went in today and the worker said "It wasn't ready yet. Can you come back later?" - an hour after I was supposed to pick it up. Code for "somebody forgot to actually write down your order"? So we decided to just go with the only mini blizzard cake they had made - strawberry cheesecake. Well, the picture speaks for itself. Top is my cake, bottom is dairy queens ad. I just left from there a few minutes ago and I can't believe what I am looking at. I ordered 2 mint oreo blizzards. It wasn't mixed. Just green syrup sitting on top. I tried to call and explain but she told me to bring them back and she will remake them. Huge inconvenience. I will not go back there again and I would recommend to buy your ice cream somewhere else.

Edit: I am adding pictures so other people can see. No I will not give you guys another chance. When I called she told me she mixed it right, let me know when spot the green syrup still sitting there. I guess I am better off buying store...

just trying to redeem points for a free malt - tried through the app AND at the restaurant... the staff is very friendly, but the system is completely dysfunctional... the app cancelled my order twice inexplicably, and i couldn't place the order and use my points at the restaurant either, the system wouldn't close out the order. so i basically wasted half an hour or so to get this malt, which i should have been able to get very easily! this issue needs to be resolved immediately!!! i've never had any problems with this location, or Dairy Queen at all, whatsoever so this was extremely...
