Location refused to put my hamburger on lettuce in their containers. He said “we can not make that with no bun.” He was not open to any suggestion.

We give millennials a lot of grief over their service manners. This person was over 50 and could use some manners. We were seated when the food was ready and he said, “Ok. Cheeseburger.” And nodded to us. We did not know it was our food. Our order came with a sundae, which was not on the tray. When my dd asked for her sundae, he said,”ya.” She waisted and said, “It’s coming,” and stared back at her. So, apparently you have to eat your sandwich first before you get your sundae.

Was craving a blizzard with partner. Got to the location about 20 mins to closing. Was helped and was really looking forward to this treat. Totally understand the prices and what not, but was not expecting half of my large cup not having any of my toppings. It was solidly vanilla ice cream and nothing else. We were both disappointed. Will definitely be thinking twice about going to any DQ in the future. Hope they change their formulas to make it “match” at very least...

I ordered a kids meal and asked for the drink to be a milkshake and of course I was told oh it is going to cost you more like that's a giving... I was charged separately and not just the different for the upgrade on the drink... I was told you can't do that unless it is a combo yet I have done this many times! What makes the different to be able to do it with a combo and not a kids meal! I won't return to...
