Danny's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Virginia

I never do reviews but after being yelled at hung up on because I called in to ask about sandwich being wrong I gotta speak out. I'm in a hotel and called to order from them after seeing a chicken and fries meal would be (according to listed menu) cheaper. Adult chicken and fries listed at 5.99 so I order. Well I'm told that menu isn't even then that someone just put it up? Weird should of hung up. Meal is now 10.99 he mentions kids meal at 4.99 so I ask what they have. He listed a few things one of which was a ham and cheese. I even asked how it's made cause I wanted it grilled like a grilled cheese . I get my food and take a bite of the sandwich and its literally toast with burned hard cheese. Like fake cheese that doesn't melt . Would you believe that i called up and asked about missing ham that I was screamed at and told they don't have that and I didn't say that any hung up. He's the one that offered the ham and cheese. What did just imagine that he said ham? Unbelievable and I may dispute charges if possible. I thinking owner cause I really hope employees would not...

I’ve ordered three times. The first time via slice, and my chicken steak and cheese was made with regular steak. I reported it and it was fixed. The second time I ordered I called I. And everything was prefect!!! Pizza was amazing the burger hand down one of the best I’ve had. So good that I was craving one tonight. I ordered through slice again and neither of the two burgers I ordered were correct. Neither came with the correct toppings. One was meat and mayo that was chunky/currdled. The other was missing the cheese/mushrooms/onions. (Mind you there is an extra cost for this items) both burger were so over cooked. I can’t believe the difference. I’ve order three time in the last month, each time spending $60-80, I’m not sure if the app does not display correctly On their end or they are just rushed but I will not order again. I expect hit or miss from fast food under $20, but for $60-80, I expect more. What really seals the deal For me, is even with pictures Danny’s isn’t taking responsibility for the quality of food they send...

I would honestly not even give this place a 1 star. We waited for close to an hour for our food. The place is literally right behind us and recieved it cold. My co-worker and I were starving so she ate all of hers and I barely ate any of mine. So I decide to call over there to let them know. The person I talked to was supposedly the owner. I tried to explain to him that it was cold and I didnt understand why. He asked if we had eaten I said yes and he says well then I can't do anything for you because you ate it all. I wasent even trying to get free food or my money back was just making him aware that i was not satisfied with my order. He started to get rude with me so I started to get rude with him. He stated he didnt not want my service any ways and hung up on me. Called back and I told him that I found it very rude that he hung up on me and he continued to be rude and hung up on me again. This place is clearly all about the money and not making sure that there customers are happy...
