Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

This is my third time coming to this subway location , the person that you guys have working here she’s an older woman maybe in her 50s with grey hair. Not sure her name but every single time I come into this establishment she is so rude. Today is January 10. it is now 12:45pm. I came in asking how she was doing and she just said well I’m here and slapped her hand on the counter. I will never be getting food from this subway ever again especially when your employees are rude to the customers. Like I said, this is not my first time dealing with her however, just now I had to walk out because it is not fair if someone is coming in with a good attitude at all times and your employee is rude and slamming things. Please do better!

UPDATE : i informed my supervisor on the subway before she went to place her order. The same lady was working there and guess what she had an unpleasant attitude. My supervisor ordered a sandwich, we sat together as she opened it. The sandwich looked like it was old and dry. I told her not to eat the sandwich and to take it back. She continued to eat it and I promise you later that night, she was sick like a dog. Throwing up, not able to stand. So not only is a service bad, the food you’re serving your customers is a death wish. Hopefully, you guys get shut down soon and bring something better with...

If negative stars were allowed in Google Reviews, that would have been my selection. The only reason I completed my order at this Subway is because my daughter and her friend (who has a strict diet, with Subway being the nearest option) were with me and very hungry. The sole employee of the store left the establishment unattended and unlocked while we waited inside for 10 minutes. When she finally did arrive, her first words were “This ain’t McDonalds.” Then she (thankfully) put on her gloves and asked us what we wanted. Her attitude was atrocious. The saving grace was that she made the orders correctly, though she didn’t slice the sandwiches all the way through. This incident occurred at 12:55 p.m. at Subway #17831 at 10635 Spotsylvania in Fredericksburg, VA. Transaction Number: 1/A-274178.

If you don’t have to stop there, I suggest you DON’T. Thankfully, I should never need to stop there again.

If I could give a score of zero I would. Went into this location this afternoon for lunch because I work close by. The older lady working was absolutely horrible! Didn't acknowledge me as I spoke and said how are you? I proceeded to tell her what I needed and she swung the bread door open and slammed it close. I then asked for a second sub and she turned around gave me a dirty look and swung the door open and said what kind of bread? I told her what I would like she grabbed the bread slammed the door close at that point I said "no ma'am" and I turned around and said have a good day she said I will. I said well I certainly hope it's better then what you're having now. My coworker had the same experience with her today and her sandwich was a complete mess! I haven't eaten at this location in a while but they do not have to worry about me coming back! Would not recommend...
