This has got to be THEE most unprofessionally ran restaurant in Manassas.....
I went in with a friend and we ordered our food. One of the items was off the value menu.
When my item was discovered to be undercooked, so much so I couldn't cut through it, I asked the waitress for a replacement. She came back with one single piece of the order. At that point I hadn't touched the original order because I THOUGHT like normal places, they would replace it. So now I have an item from my order cooked correctly but the other 4 items are cold, and the ice creme part is melted. We asked for a replacement of the order again, in its entirety.....the manager came to the table. I tried to tell him what was going on and tapped on the food with my fork to show him how hard it was and how you can't cut through it. He through his hands in the air, got an attitude, and walked away. I told him I wasn't done talking and he told me I had to eat it as it was, it was only a 2 dollar item and he's not replacing it......... . He told me to keep talking and he was done. Told me I shouldn't smush the food in his face.... LMAO! I know it sounds crazy, but it's not exaggerated at all!
At that point I got up to leave, who wouldn't, and he told me I didn't have to pay. I started to walk out and they said they were calling the police. They told me I didn't pay!!!!!! So I paid (knowing I will call corporate and get my money back) and they told me to never come back.....
Later I called and asked for the owners info.... of course they lied and gave me some bogus number and name. I text them, they wouldn't respond until today......
After calling corporate, I got the real info.
Worst place, and I have every intention of making sure those people are fired and the whole damn thing falls apart. To many similar stories...

Went here today and was with a waitress who didn't speak English that well. This isn't normally a problem but when my wife ordered hash browns and she thought we wanted chicken fried steak, I had to order the same skillet twice because she didn't know what I was saying. My wife wanted to order the Caesar salad but add six fried shrimp to it, we were told we were not allowed to order just 6 shrimp, as that was an add in to an entrée only, and a salad doesn't count as an entrée. The manager came over and said we needed to order the shrimp meal with the two sides and then add a Caesar salad to that, for double the price. She ended up not getting anything.
My daughter got a cheese quesadilla and the outside if it was crunchy and hard. I'm not sure if this was because the cheese didn't reach the outside edge or if the tortilla was old.
I got the green power skillet minus sausage and it was meh. Kinda flavorless.
We got a order of blueberry pancake puppies to share. There were two hairs in it. INSIDE the pancake puppy, not just like it was near the thing and fell in and could be ours. The manager came over and comped only the puppies for 3 dollars. I've worked in restaurants before and we would have comped the whole meal given it only came to 13 dollars (10 minus the puppies). Won't be eating at this building again.
Manager was a tallish Spanish man with a combover. The waitresses name tag started with a C but the receipt was rung up by...
Read moreOne of the most worst service ever. If there was zero I would give zero. We asked politely to change sit because the seat next to the restroom had a smell coming out of the restroom. The response was Definit "No".
Thank you so much for your response. However, I must express my disappointment regarding the manner in which our concerns were addressed. Accusing customers of dishonesty is one of the worst things a service provider can do. This not only undermines the trust between us but also diminishes the quality of the service experience.
Additionally, I would like to clarify that we initially requested the back seat, but our request was denied. We opted not to take the side seats because, as paying customers, we have the right to ask for comfortable seating, particularly since we had two elderly women in our group who require more considerate accommodations. Ensuring their comfort and safety should be a priority, and it is unfortunate that our request was not met with the necessary understanding and flexibility.
On top of all this, let me provide you with the facts: the seat next to the restroom was assigned to us, and we did not request it. We accepted it without complaint, not realizing it was adjacent to the restroom. We later discovered that there was an unpleasant odor emanating from the restroom, which significantly impacted our experience.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that future interactions will reflect a greater commitment to customer satisfaction...
