I was a New customer here since my regular nail place was closed, girl who did my pedi seemed like she didn’t want to be there & didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing as going through the service. Went to the back and she just started looking at my toes. Usually I have ingrown toe nails and she did not want to cut them. Mind you she was very rough trimming my cuticles and was filing with a very rough nail file that probably wasn’t meant for real nails( since there’s different grits for acrylic nails and real nails ) Didn’t even cut the toe nails she just filed them which I did not like because my toe nails grow rapidly long. I guess in her pedi kit she didn’t have a certain thing to cut my cuticles / nails and she was touching everything with her gloves that she was touching my feet with! She touched several cabinets with the dirty gloves ! That is very unsanitary, gross! She walked away and proceeded to tell her boss that she couldn’t cut my ingrown toenail because it might be” infected “ her boss comes over and starts telling me this in front of all the other customers which was embarrassing there was no privacy. After she left She came back and proceeds to “play” with that toe nail that she says was “ infected” and makes it bleed, and on the other toe nail she started to cut the side where the ingrown was and it started to bleed.. she just kept starring at it the whole time as her boss was saying that they woundnt be responsible if it gets infected like what !? I just told her ok.. as we go to the front she still has those dirty gloves touching the screen 😷...

I usually don’t write reviews and put this off for quite some time. I’m new to the area and my daughter and I have gone to the salon several times. We both noticed the manager is not very friendly but we’re pleased with our manicures and pedicures until I had an experience with a tech to didn’t do a good job and when I mentioned it to the manager she got highly upset and rude. I just thought maybe she was having a bad day and went back again. This time I had an appointment for dip nail but I decided that I wanted to give my nails a break and get the dip nail removed and get a basic manicure. She was so annoyed that she made me sit for a good 20 minutes while she walked around the salon doing nothing. When she finally came to me I was uncomfortable about letting her touch my nails because it was obvious she was angry. I really should have gotten up and walked out at this point because she ended up cutting into one of cuticles so deep that it begin to bleed and proceeded to blame me for not taking better care of my cuticles which is ridiculous because I get manicures on a regular basis. I’ve never seen anyone in business act this way and my daughter and I will never step foot in that salon again. She needs to be working somewhere behind the scenes and never dealing...

Came here at 530, they close at 700. Was told the rowdy group immediately, and I mean IMMEDIATELY before me (as in I walked in right behind them and waited behind them at the desk while they explained what they wanted) had taken last call. I understand that, but what I don’t understand is why they asked me if I was with that group BEFORE turning down my business, as though they WOULD have fit me in if I were with that group, as though they HAD room to accommodate me but weren’t going to bother unless I was with the large group whose business they’d lose if they turned down one of the group, but since I was by myself they weren’t going to bother. Oh well, sometimes it isn’t meant to be. I’m not writing this review to bash the place, even though 1.5 full hours before closing is a perfectly reasonable time to come to a nail place on a Thursday evening, I’m writing to tell you that after I left, which I did immediately, I went to the Mexican bakery down the strip and bought excellent cookies and then went farther down the plaza to a place called Long Nail, it’s by the CVS, and they close at 800 and gave me literally the best massage/spa pedicure of my life.
