Before reading this look done every singal comment is about this lady Hawa or what ever her name is very rude ,Very unprofessional and untrained pople at the counter, i normaly order my food every other day for lunch and always same food, since it is close by to my work place i am a prefosional auto mechanic my work keeps me most of the time i take out 10mins for my lunch at 2 or 3pm, today i called for order a lady name Ahwo answer after two phone calls and placed me on hold three times each for five minutes! Which was just a waste of my time ! When finely she got time to take my order she seem to be in a rush i repeated my order twice and got my food after 30 minutes of a wait from my usual delivery driver he handed me only on item so i asked where is my drink he replied i didnt order the drink or dipping souce i dont blame him he seems very nice person, so he left i call back for rest my order and they would jist keep my occupied but not listen what was going. And blame instead i ask for manger but the lady would say she is busy! After five more minute of discussion i got a chance to talk to the manager but it happens to be the same person took my order and ignored me first is the manager, very unprofessional she told me i was not charge for the items, that is the not the point the point was that my food was not to my liking it was something i could eat i dont care gow much you chrage me i work to feed my self. I normaly dont complain unless i had to but person was to extreme if she would had apologized Once i would have said it is ok we all humans we do mistakes but instead she was arguing and blaming me! Well you were the person that was in rush and didn't listen what i wanted for my food! At the end she calls me sir you a rude person like really that is how you handle hospitality business??? So she left me no choice but to get unprofessional and make my mouth dirty! How can you call your customer in any business a rude person while mistake is yours?? Than the genral managers calles me to tell that i stepped on his Employees well if you care that much about them than teach them how to be professional And be respectable on the top of that he also wated to argue before listening my side of the story!!!! Read moreI ordered a pizza and wings from this location and received the wrong type of pizza completely (delivery). Upon calling, and explaining that the pizza had pineapples on it (which I am allergic to), I was placed on hold for over 7mins. I decided to take the pizza back to the location myself; I remained on hold during my drive. At 14mins on hold, I arrived at the store and asked to speak with the manager. 5mins later, the manager came over and stated that he was just about to resolve the problem (not true...as he was the only individual making pizzas). I requested that I be compensated for having to not only receiving the wrong order, but also for having to drive to the location to have the issue mitigated (asking for the correct pizza and a refund). I was told that I could not have both and requested the refund as I became increasingly frustrated at the sheer lack of customer service and my ruined evening. The manager began to refund my money and did not want to give me a full refund because I failed to return the wings (he literally grabbed $15 out of the register and stated that it should cover everything). Let me tell you...had it not been for the Grace of God..., but I digress, I could see that it was not worth wasting any more of my time and decided it would be best to simply warn others who may fall victim to thinking that this establishment will stand up to any of the company standard and/or values, of customer satisfaction, as expected.
I will say that, upon reaching out to corporate, I received a quick response which fell on deaf ears as it routed the complaint right back to the store. I received no contact from a store manager and sent that feedback right back to corporate.

Read moreI order a two pizzas on 10/24/2024. The delivery guy showed up to my house and stated he delivered my pizza to wrong place. I called the store and told them I no longer wanted the pizza if it was delivered to someone else. The guy came back and told me it was a fresh pizza. I trusted him and left a tip on top of the delivery charge. When I opened the pizza it was very dry no sauce and luke warm; as if it been sitting around. I called the store and told them the situation he replied " what you want me to do, I cant give you a free pizza and the Mgr. is not in the store". I told him I will give the main office a called and he said "go head as if he don't care". Its said you spend hard earn money and get that kind of treatment. I will say I have ordered from them before and never had this type of bad service. Infact, one time they delivered me the wrong order and fixed it with no problem.
