Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Have them at two stars because foods usually good but Customer service is not good. Ordered 3 pizzas, wings with ranch, and parmesan bites with 3 dipping sauces. Order menu said 30-40 minutes, ordered at 713pm, order left the store at 730, order arrived at 805pm, driver said he was held up at one of the other stops for 15 minutes. That’s all fine, the food wasn’t cold but wasn’t hot and I didn’t mind the extra wait, my kids did because they were “starving”. I opened the boxes and there were no sauces at all. So I called and after being on hold for 8 minutes, I was able to speak to a manager(Jeff). He said he would reemberse the charge for the sauces OR send the next driver but expect a it to take 30-40 minutes (heard that before). I told him that’s not a satisfying solution, I asked him to remake some of the order, I even offered to come get it. However, since the kids had eaten 3 pieces of two different pizzas, they were unwilling to remake ANY of the order, (I only really wanted the wings and bread bites remade). By this time after another hold while speaking with the manager, I was already at his store, because it’s only a mile away. I picked up the sauces that I ordered delivery and he was unwilling to make things right. I won’t be ordering from this location again. If you choose to, check your order a couple times when you get it, if the orders right, it’ll probably arrive warm and still good, but if it doesn’t don’t expect it to get fixed. I also wanted to add, even though they were unwilling to correct there mistake, Jeff was polite the whole time, willing to admit the food would be cold and that they made the mistake, offering apologies but no solution other than eating dry bread bites and soggy cold wings without there sauces for a few dollar refund or take the sauces for my now...

No complaints about the pizza - It was hot, delivered relatively on time, and what you would expect. My comments are directed at the management of this store. It took me over an hour to place a large order of 20 pizzas because of some sort of glitch on the website, and finally getting a hold of someone at the store on the phone. The amount I was being charged on the app was significantly lower than what my phone order cost, and I wasn't able to get my reward points. At that point, I didn't care - I had 38 hungry people to feed. However, my biggest issue was a reciept was not left with my order (after specifically asking for one/being assured it would be there). The hotel front desk signed for our pizzas, so we could go check into our rooms. As such, I didn't get a chance to add a driver tip to the receipt. I tried calling the store 5 different times to speak to the manager to get a copy of my reciept and find out who the driver was so I could mail them a tip. My sincerest apologies to the driver - it was never my intention for you not to be tipped, especially on such a large order. However, since I did not get a receipt, I am unable to get reimbursed for the cost from my employer. If your manager would call people back or be at the store when I was told he would be there, we both would have more money in...

Very unpleasant experience. I ordered my pizza around 9:30 and all was well until I reached the quality check. I wanted on quality check for over 30 minutes before calling the store and politely asking for an update. Everyone on the phone was very nice. I was told the driver had just left to bring me my food to my house. Another 20-30 minutes pass and I call again. And they say that they’re short on drivers. I completely understand and wait another 30 minutes before I get a text saying my order was canceled. I tried calling them a few times and they didn’t pick up. I then went to the location and asked about my order to see if I can just pick it up. They told me that the driver came back and they canceled EVERY order. They also told me that they had threw away my order. I left right after I got the text. And I don’t live more then 7 minutes from the location. They offered me two free pizzas and I was grateful. The young man that handed me the boxed checked them before handing them to me and didn’t say anything. But when I got back to my home I opened the box and noted that both of the pizzas were ate from. I know they were free but I still think it was very unsanitary.
