Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

Unfortunately, there's not much to say here. This was a bad experience. I'm not sure I've ever had a good one with dunkin if I'm being honest, but this was probably the worst.

I'll start with the rude order taker and the insanely loud menu from which you place your order. The lady was extremely short with me and had just a bad attitude overall, and the volume on the menu borde had to have been turned to ear bleeding because good God, that thing is loud, it was just broadcasting this lady's attitude to the entire parking lot and car wash behind.

My order was for one large ice coffee, half dozen donuts, and two plain bagels with extra cream cheese. Everything was fine except for my bagels, which were half damp with cream cheese and the other half basically dry. Not a huge deal, figured I'd go in for more cream cheese, so I walk in and a very nice employee eventually gets asks me if I needed help, I said yes and explained, I then handed him my bagels and as he grabbed them I felt his hands and they were SOAKING wet, I believe he had just finished using the rest room and hadn't dried them. Anyway a little grossed out, I watched as handled my food in the back where they food is made, he put some gloves on and then asked if I'd rather just have it on the side rather then him put more on the bagels, I said sure and he went to go find packets of cream cheese. Well he couldn't find any, so instead of talking to me, he just grabs a cup and a knife and gives me a small coffee cup of cream cheese, and puts it in a bag with my bagels and hands it to me. The paper that wrapped my bagels was wet from his hands before he put the gloves on, and overall, it was really just kind of a poor effort to make the order right. Nice guy, but terrible service, the other employees didn't really seem any better. Couldn't tell you which female employee was the one that took my order they all seemed agitated.

Everyone looked lost or had a bad attitude except for one younger black gentleman who was very professional and polite. I think it's important to include this as if this is reviewed by management. He should not have to suffer for the rest of his teams faults and...

This store has progressively gone down hill since opening. Today, I went through the drive through to get an XL coffee and two donuts. After placing my order the cashier said ok and that was it...not even a pull forward. Arrived at the window to staff inside yelling at each other. Then the cashier told me they were out of the donuts I ordered. She had a replacement and I said that's fine. More yelling. Got my coffee, tipped the cashier and drove away. Got down the road and flipped the tab on my coffee lid and took a cautious sip (I'm used to DD coffee being extremely hot). Well, it was ice cold. Called the store. Lots of noise in the background and the person couldn't hear me at first. I explained I was just there and received a cold coffee. Someone should check the machine. They say ok and have a great day. My day was going great until you gave me a cold coffee. Not even an offer of come back and we'll replace it or what's your name we'll comp you a coffee next time you're in. I got home and was going to heat up my coffee. Well, I opened the lid and it was I bet 50% CREAM! I like cream but this was ridiculous. Don't waste your time going to this store, stop by the Starbucks across the street...

Never again will I go to this location. First time I've been to a Dunkin Donuts where you ask the cashier if you are able to load your DD Card so that you can receive points for your purchase. Cashier replies yes you can do that. After explaining I want to add $10 to DD card and use it to pay for my order, the gentlemen states "ok," to which he then loads my DD card and swipes it to pay for my sandwich then swipes my debit card to pay for the coffee. After I realized what he had done when I received 3 receipts, I asked the gentleman why did he do that, he was actually confused about what i was talking about. So i let it go and told the gentleman not to worry about it, he walks away from window and comes back with a female, she walks away and comes back several minutes later and hands me my sandwich. THIS IS WHAT I RECEIVED AND I WAS NOT RUDE IN ANY FASHION. I DONT UNDERSTAND, You be a respectful person and for some reason whatever issue she/he was going through got placed on me.
