I was the bride who rented Haveli for my wedding even. At first I thought Mr. Aqil is a respectful and friendly man to do business with. Turns out, he is by far the most disrespectful, unprofessional and rude manager I’ve ever seen. He took advantage of my father’s situation during the event and tried to scam more money out of him for serving food that I catered from outside. Despite asking him multiple times over text for a formal agreement with our signature, he ignored my texts and NEVER sent me any agreement just so he can take advantage of my situation later. I NEVER agreed on just booking the hall, time and time again I confirmed with him that I would be taking all other services from him except the food. On top of that, he told me last minute that if I cater food from outside I need to show health insurance and food certificate, but he NEVER mentioned that in our entire conversation before.

I’m glad I will never have to deal with a person like you again. To the reviewers, if you don’t want to ruin your big event, don’t book his hall or take any of his services. Stay away from getting scammed. Can’t believe a person can be so salty and not help serve food JUST BECAUSE YOU DIDN’T...

I had a terrible experience with Savour Foods Springfield, VA. I ordered food for Iftari at 7 PM via Uber Eats, expecting a timely delivery. Delivery time showed 8:05PM. After waiting an hour, my order was suddenly canceled without any explanation.

I called the restaurant to find out what happened. Mohammad answered the phone and casually said, “I don’t know, the manager canceled it.” When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he had already left. When I asked for his name, Mohammad started laughing and asked why I was asking so many questions. Eventually, he told me the manager’s name was Hassan and to call back in an hour.

This is horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. Canceling someone’s Iftari order at the last minute is not how a business should operate. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and completely lacks ethics.

Avoid this place. They clearly don’t care about their customers. Zero professionalism, zero accountability.

We like this place for good Pakistani food. We have been there a couple of times for weekend lunch. Their food is always fresh and has authentic Pakistani flavor. They keep changing up the buffet items to have some variety.

On one of our visits, I had the best aloo palak( potato and spinach curry) of my life!! Their biryani is good too, and so is haleem, and paya. Dessert options are nice too. They usually have one dessert but it's really good, they keep changing up dessert for frequent visitors. T staff is courteous and it's a really clean place as compared to so many other Pakistani restaurants. They have proper dinnerware, and don't serve food on styrofoam plates, which is so commonly done and is a deal breaker for us. It's ideal for large parties, and is a must visit in Ramadan.
