The first thing Iām going to say: customer service was subpar. I wish there was a level BELOW subpar because that was how bad I was treated. This was my first time coming here so I wanted to ask what the staff recommended. But from the time I walked in to the time I left, the two girls were giggling and chatting and totally oblivious to my GREETING TO THEMā¦see a picture of them below for referenceā¦they remained with their backs turned to me while chatting nonstop to each otherš£. When they gave me my drinks, they mumbled some wordsā¦otherwise I might as well have been invisible. š«„š«„š«„š«„ON THE OTHER HAND props to the shop for cute and clean aesthetic and feel, beautiful decor and lighting, and easy digital ordering systemsā¦I donāt like the fact that the drinks came out too sweet and there was no option to lessen the sweetnessā¦we had to throw the strawberry matcha away because of the amount of syrup put insideš¢š so 10 dollars wasted. Also it would be nice if they have dairy free options. WITH THAT BEING SAID I highly enjoyed the flavor of my taro shake with ube cheese foam! Was just passing through this area so I probably will not go againā¦but I SINCERELY HOPE the way customers are treated improves to include friendly helpful...

For about 10 minutes while I was there, there was a young white male working solo, answering the guestsā questions, making the drinks, and everything all on his own⦠with a full lobby. A young Latina lady came in and clocked in to help him eventually.
But still, two individuals working an evening shift in the summer is terrible. It was SO busy. And due to the lack of employees, the drinks were taking 15+ mins. This is unacceptable.
I even witnessed multiple customers stopping the workers just to ask when their drink would be ready. Because it was taking so long. I donāt blame the employees at all. Itās the owners fault. You need to be able to schedule ENOUGH people to handle the rush⦠at this time in the evening everyone is off of work⦠kids are out of school so people will be coming to get their cold drinks.
Nobody wants to wait 20minutes for ONE drink.
And then on top of that, it was SO SO hot !! I was literally sweating in the cafe and miserable. I even contemplated going to sit in the ac of my car. I cannot imagine how their employees feel.
Owners: please donāt be cheap. you need to get your ac working and schedule more employees for the evening shift at least during...
